تطوير تطبيق لمتابعة تطعيم جرعات الأطفال

يدور محور هذا البحث حول عملية متابعة تطعيم جرعات الأطفال التي تتم بصورة تقليدية عبر الكروت الورقية بحيث تتم أغلب العمليات عن طريق الممرض من لحظة وصول ولي أمر الطفل حتي إعطاءه اللقاح وتسجيل بياناته في دفاتر ورقيه وفي ذلك إهدار للوقت والجهد وضياع الدفاتر. تم استخدم المنهج الوصفى التحليلي ومنهجية هندسة البرمجيات عبر لغة النمذجة الموحدة (UnifiedModelingLanguage)ثم التنفيذ عبر برنامج فجيوال ستديو 2010 (Visualstudio2010) لبناء النظام الإلكتروني وبرنامج سيكول سيرفر 2008 (Sqlserver2008) لتصميم قاعدة البيانات و اكليبس(eclipse). لذا فقد تم بناء نظام إلكتروني لمساعدة الممرض في عملية متابعة الجرعات وتسجيل البيانات الخاصة بالطفل في أقل جهد ووقت وحفظ البيانات من الضياع ويراعي في ذلك حصول المولود لكل التطعميات الاساسية منذ الولادة إلي مراحل عمره المختلفة,, مع ضرورة تسجيل بيانات ولي أمر الطفل وخصوصا رقم الهاتف الخاص به وذلك من أجل وصول رسالة نصية (sms) فى رقم هاتفه للتذكير والتنبيه بموعد الجرعة القادمة لطفله . كما يمكن لولي أمر الطفل متابعة الجرعات الخاصة بطفله من خلال تحميله لتطبيق الموبايل وتذكيره بموعد الجرعة القادمة من خلال إشعار يصله بواسطة استخدامه لتطبيق الاندرويد.

Abstract The focus of this research revolves around the follow-up process for vaccination of children's doses, which is done traditionally through paper cards, so that most of the operations are carried out by the nurse from the moment the child's guardian arrives until he is given the vaccine and his data is recorded in paper notebooks, which is a waste of time and effort and the loss of notebooks. The analytical descriptive approach and the software engineering methodology were used via the (UnifiedModelingLanguage) then implementation via the (Visualstudio2010) program to build the electronic system and the (Sqlserver2008) program to design the database and eclipse. Therefore, an electronic system has been built to help the nurse in the process of following up the doses and recording the data of the child in the least effort and time and keeping data from being lost, taking into account that the newborn has access to all the basic vaccinations from birth to the different stages of his life, with the need to record the child's guardian data, especially the phone number His own, in order to receive a text message (sms) on his phone number to remind and alert the next dose for his child. The child's guardian can also follow up on the child's doses by downloading the mobile application and reminding him of the next dose through a notification he receives by using the Android application.
