Abstract

The goal of this research is to identify the nutrition and its relationship to academic achievement for people with disabilities and special needs of the motor from the standpoint of the psychological level of competence. And pursued a researcher way descriptive approach and experienced researcher in theoretical aspect to food and nutrition definition, and the definition of academic achievement and the factors that help to stimulate, the definition of special reasons cases that lead to various disabilities and the most important physical disability to students for the first episode the foundation stage. Random sample was selected from a sample of 90 psychologists in the schools of the foundation stage and some special education centers locality Khartoum researcher has prepared a questionnaire as a tool for research and research to reach several conclusions, including: 1. There is a close relationship between nutrition and academic achievement. 2. Academic achievement level raises worthwhile feeding students in terms of quantity and that interest their families and their schools. 3. Academic achievement level rises when interest in nutrition and hence improve the level of mental health which leads to highlight the talents of the students. The researcher also recommended a number of recommendations, including: - l. The importance of having a school dietitian. 2. Add scientific infonnation on the basis of nutrition education in the curriculum (Focus on the foundation phase sensitive) categories. 3. Activate the role of parent to address low-income students with disabilities problems especially in terms of food (breakfast) and Academy.
