أثر التجارة الخارجية على الاقتصاد السوداني

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناول البحث أثر التجارة الخارجية وعلى الاقتصاد السوداني وأثرها على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي السوداني خلال الفترة (2000 – 2008م) حيث لإن قطاع الصادر له أهمية كبيرة فى التنمية الاقتصادية فى السودان من خلال مساهمته فى الإيرادات العامة وميزان المدفوعات والناتج المحلي الاجمالي ، هدف البحث الى التعرف بقطاع الصادر السودانى ودراسة اثره على الناتج المحلي الاجمالي فى السودان وإبراز السياسات التى اتبعتها الدولة فى هذا الشأن ، افترض البحث ان للصادرات دوراً مهماً فى زيادة معدلات نمو الناتج المحلي الاجمالي وإن تكاليف الانتاج ، النقل والتسويق أثرت سلباً على الانتاج واضعفت تنافسية الصادرات السودانية ، أتبع البحث المنهج التاريخي والوصوفي التحليل فى معالجة موضوع البحث . توصلت البحث الى عدد من نتائج اهمها : السياسات الرامية الى تأمين الغذاء أدت إلى تقليص المساحات المزروعة بمحصول القطن الذى كان يمثل صادراً مهماً ، كما ان مشروع الجزيرة عانى من بعض السياسات الزراعية بصورة واضحة . إهمال الصادرات غير البترولية بعد اكتشاف واستخراج البترول اصبحت الصادراات تسير فى اتجاه واحد . عدم مقدرة الصادرات السودانية على المنافسة عالمياً لعدم جودتهاغ وارتفاع السعر نتيجة لارتفاع تكلفة الانتاج بسبب ارتفاع اسعار العمالة ، الكهرباء ، المواد الخام ، وعدم وجود إنتاج موجه للصادر . تقدم البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها : تنويع وترقية الصادرات بادخال منتجات جديدة فى سلة الصادر ورفع قيمتها وذلك من خلال تشجيع قيام التصنيع الزراعي . مواكبة الانتاج واتساقه وفق المواصفات العالمية . إنشاء الطرق لربط الانتاج باماكن الاستهلاك والتسويق والتصدير . Abstract Discussion dealt with the impact of foreign trade on the Sudanese economy and its impact on GDP of Sudan during the period (2000 - 2008 AD), where because the export sector is of great importance to the economic development in Sudan through its contribution to public revenues and the balance of payments and gross domestic product, the goal of research is to identify sector issued by the Sudanese and study its impact on GDP in the Sudan and to highlight the policies pursued by the state in this regard, I suppose Find that exports play an important role in increasing rates of GDP growth, although the cost of production, transportation and marketing, which negatively impacted on production and weakened the competitiveness of Sudanese exports, followed research approach historical and Alosofi analysis in addressing the subject of research. Research findings to a number of the most important results: Policies aimed at securing food led to reduced plantings of cotton crop, which was issued represents an important, and that the project has suffered from some of the island's agricultural policies clearly. The neglect of non-oil exports after the discovery and extraction of oil has become Alsaderaat going in one direction. The inability of the Sudanese exports to compete globally for not Godthag high price as a result of the high cost of production due to the high prices of labor, electricity, raw materials, and the lack of production is intended for release. Search offers a number of recommendations including: Diversification and promotion of exports, the introduction of new products in the basket of the issued and raise its value and by encouraging the establishment of agricultural industrialization.
