العلاقات التفاعلية بين أطراف العمل بالدور الإيوائية وأثرها في تقديم الخدمة للمشردين (دراسة حالة العاملين بدار بشائر لتأهيل الفتيات أم درمان)

لا شك في أن مؤسسات الرعاية البديلة لها دور في حماية الأطفال المحرومين من الرعاية الأسرية والاجتماعية من التشرد والضياع، وإيجاد البديل الآمن، وتأمين المأوى والخدمات المختلفة والتحصيل الدراسي، وإذا كانت مؤسسات الرعاية البديلة أحد الخيارات التي لابد منها في حال فقدان الرعاية الأسرية أو التصدع الأسري. تنبع أهمية الدراسة أنه يمكن الاستفادة منها في إدارة المؤسسات ودور الإيواء. هدفت الدراسة إلى تحقيق التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة التفاعلية للعاملين بالدار. تتمثل فروض الدراسة في الآتي: توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين العلاقات الاجتماعية وتقديم الخدمة للمشردين، توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين الرضا الوظيفي وتقديم الخدمة للمشردين، توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين عنصر الخبرة لدى العاملين بالدار وتقديم الخدمة للمشردين. استخدمت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: أن العلاقات الاجتماعية داخل الدار تساعد على أنجاز المهام وتحسين الأداء، التشاور مع العاملين وتوجيهم يساعد على تحسين الأداء. وعل ضوء النتائج جاءت توصيات الدراسة ومنها: على الدولة ضرورة الاهتمام بالبحوث العلمية لمواكبة التطورات العلمية التي ترفع من أداء العاملين، وضع برامج تمكن من الاتصال مع المشردين لبناء علاقات جيده معهم.

Abstract There is no doubt that alternative care institutions have a role in protecting children deprived of family and social care from homelessness and loss, finding a safe alternative, securing shelter, various services and educational attainment, and if alternative care institutions are one of the necessary options in the event of loss of family care or family rift . The importance of the study stems from the fact that it can be used in the management of institutions and shelters. The study aimed to identify the nature of the interactive relationship of the workers in the home. The hypotheses of the study are represented in the following: There is a statistically significant correlation between social relations and service provision to the homeless, there is a statistically significant correlation between job satisfaction and service provision to the homeless, there is a statistically significant correlation between the experience component of home workers and service provision to the homeless. In this study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The study reached a number of results, including: that social relations within the home help to accomplish tasks and improve performance, consulting with workers and directing them helps to improve performance. In the light of the results, the recommendations of the study came, including: The state should pay attention to scientific research to keep pace with scientific developments that raise the performance of workers, and develop programs that enable communication with the homeless to build good relations with them.
