تطوير برنامج خدمات عملاء محطات الوقود لشركة بشائر لخدمات الطاقة

Abstract

المستخلص اعتمدت شركة بشائر في توزيع منتجاتها وضبط مخزوناتها بصورة اساسية على نظام الكرت الذكي وهو نظام يتيح لعملاء الشركة التزود بالوقود عن طريق الكروت الذكية و ساهم الكرت الذكي خلال فترات الازمات التي تمر بها البلاد مساهمة قيمة حيث انه يمكن تغذيته من خلال البرامج البنكية ثم التوجه الى المحطة والتزود بالوقود مباشرة بعد تنشيط الكرت مما قلل الحاجة الى النقد للتزود بالوقود وايضا مع ارتفاع اسعار الوقود يكون الكرت الذكي خيارا افضل بديلا عن النقد لعدم الحاجة الى حمل النقود بكميات كبيرة للتزود بالوقود وبالرغم من تسهيل الكرت الذكي للكثير من الجوانب لكن ظهرت العديد من المشاكل في الاستخدام حيث انه لا توجد طريقة مناسبة لمعرفة الرصيد او كشف حساب الكرت او التحكم في حالة الكرت في حال الفقدان لذلك فان هدف الباحث هو تطوير تطبيق يسهل على الأشخاص معرفة الرصيد المتبقي في الكرت بالاضافة الى كشف حساب مفصل عن كل العمليات التي تمت عبر الكرت وايضا من اهداف الباحث توفير خدمة مميزة لعملاء شركة بشائر بالخصوص والمجتمع بصورة عامة باظهار مخزون الوقود المتوفر في المحطات واظهار مواقع المحطات على الخريطة وحساب اقرب محطة من موقع المستخدم. استخدم الباحث في تحليل النظام على لغة UML وفي البرمجة على عدد من المنصات ولغات البرمجة هي SWIFT on XCODE , C# on Visual Studio , SQL on MSSQL Server والنتائج التي تم التحصل عليها من البحث سهولة معرفة الرصيد وسهولة تتبع عمليات التزود بالوقود من المحطات ,التعرف على توفر الوقود بالمحطة,التعرف على اقرب محطة خدمة بالقرب منك وعرضها على الخريطة,سهولة التحصل على الدعم الفني عبر التواصل مع خدمات العملاء وتقديم المقترحات والشكاوي عبر الرسائل وكشف حساب مفصل. وفي الاخير يوصي الباحث باضافة تغذية الكرت من البنوك عبر المحول القومي في البحوث القادمة.

Therefor the researcher’s goal is to develop an application makes it easier for people to know the remaining balance on the card, in addition to a detailed account statement for all operations that took place via the card And also one of the researcher's goals is to provide a distinctive service to the customers of BASHAER Company in particular and society in general, by showing the fuel stocks available in the stations, showing the stations ’locations on the map, and calculating the nearest station to the user’s site. The researcher used in analyzing the system on the UML language and in programming on a number of platforms. The programming languages ​​are SWIFT on XCODE, C # on Visual Studio, SQL on MSSQL Server The results obtained from the research are the ease of knowing the balance, the ease of tracking the refueling operations from the stations, the identification of fuel availability at the station, the identification of the nearest service station near you and displaying it on the map, the ease of obtaining technical support by communicating with customer services and submitting proposals and complaints via messages.
