تنمية الكفايات المعرفية والتدريسية المرتبطة بالإعداد المهني لمعلم الحلقة الأولي باستخدام النماذج التعليمية المقترحة - دراسة علي مرحلة الأساس بالسودان

Abstract

المستخلص باللغة العربية: :تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيسي التالي إلي أي مدي تتوافر لدي معلم الحلقة الولي بمرحلة الساس بالسودان؟ ) متطلبات الكفايات المعرفية والتدريسية اللزمة لتدريس تلميذ هذه الحلقة ؟ وكيف يمكن بناء برنامج مقترح لتنمية وتطوير هذه الكفايات؟ هدفت الدراسة، لتحديد الكفايات المعرفية والتدريسية المرتبطة بالعداد المهني اللزم توافرها لدي معلم الحلقة الولي بمرحلة الساس بالسودان، والي وضع برنامج .علجي مقترح لتنمية هذه الكفايات لدي معلمي الحلقة الولي باستخدام النماذج التعليمية :ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمد الباحث عينة عشوائية بسيطة من معلمي ومعلمات الحلقة الولي من العاملين (1( . معلمً ومعلمة بالتساوي بمدارس ولية الخرطوم الحكومية بلغ عددها (200 (ا كما اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي وتمثلت أدواته في الستبانة كأداة (2( .رئيسة بجانب النماذج التعليمية كأداة تجريبية مقترحة وكانت (SPSS (وللوصول إلي نتائج الدراسة استخدم الباحث البرنامج الحصائي :أهم نتائج الدراسة وضع قائمة بالكفايات المعرفية والتدريسية المرتبطة بالعداد المهني بمعلمي .1 .الحلقة الولي احتوت علي (12 (كفاية رئيسة تفرعت عنها (161 (كفاية فرعية كشفت الدراسة عن ضعف أفراد العينة في اكتسابهم لهذه الكفايات من .2 .خلل برنامج إعدادهم المهني . تم وضع برنامج علجي باستخدام النماذج التعليمية .3 :وتمثلت أهم توصيات الدراسة في التي أهمية استخدام النماذج التعليمية التي اقترحتها الدراسة لتنمية وتطوير .1 .الكفايات المعرفية والتدريسية لمعلم الحلقة الولي من مرحلة الساس إدخال أساليب تدريب الحقائق والمفاهيم والمبادئ والقواعد .2 .والتعميمات والتجاهات والقيم والمهارات ضمن طرق التدريس العامة 3 .إدخال مادة علم نفس اللعب والتربية العملية بشقيها النظري والتطبيقي ضمن إعداد البرنامج المهني لمعلمي مرحلة الساس. المستخلص باللغة النجليزية: This research study wanted to answer the following questions: - To what extent dose the first series teacher of the basic level school have the cognitive and teaching competence required to enable him/her to teach the pupils of that series? - And how to compile a suggested programme in order to develop those competence in that teacher. The study aimed to measure the cognitive and teaching competence related to the vocational training of the target teacher and which are required for teaching in that series. It also aimed to put forth a suggested remedial programme to develop and promote those competence in the target teacher through learning patterns. To achieve above aims, the researcher chose a simple random sample of male and female teachers working in the governmental basic level schools in Khartoum state (100 of each). The researcher also used the questionare as a basic tool. And the learning patterns as a suggested experimental tool. To reach the result, the researcher used the statistical programme (SPSS), and has drawn the following conclusion: 1. Making a list of the cognitive and teaching competence connected with the vocational training of that series, this list comprises 12 main competence with 161 sub-ones. 2. The research a study revealed the sample members in acquiring those competence through their vocational training. 3. A remedial programme using the learning patterns has been built. The study recommends the following: 1.The importance of using the learning patterns suggested by the study to develop the teacher's cognitive and teaching competence. 2.The importance of introducing teaching methods of facts, concepts, principles, rules, generalization, attitudes, values and skills besides the general teaching methods. 3.The introduction of the subject of play psychology and introduction of theoretical and applied practical education in the basic level teacher's training programmes.
