تناول البحث أثر سياسات سعر الصرف علي الميزان التجاري في السودان في الفترة ما بين 2005م إلي 2009م. وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في كيفية تأثير تغير سعر الصرف علي الميزان التجاري في السودان، وما هو أثر أسعار الصرف علي الصادرات والواردات السودانية. هدف البحث إلي التعرف علي سعر الصرف وأنواعه واهم العوامل المؤثرة فيه، وطريقة تحديد سعر الصرف في السودان. لتحليل سعر الصرف تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي والوصفي. وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها البحث أن الميزان التجاري من أكثر المؤشرات الاقتصادية عرضة للتأثر نتيجة لتغير سعر الصرف. أهم التوصيات هي العمل علي زيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية للاقتصاد الوطني بالتركيز علي المشروعات المتخصصة في إنتاج الصادرات غير البترولية، والاستمرار في سياسة المحافظة علي سعر الصرف المرن والعمل علي تطوير سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية.

Abstract

This study tackles the effective of Exchange Rate policies on the commercial balance in Sudan in period between 2005-2009, the study problem consisting that how change can effects upon exchange rate on commercial balance in Sudan, and what is the impact exchange rate at Sudanese imports and exports. The study aims to identify the Exchange Rate and the types effected to, the method of restraining Exchange Rate in Sudan., to analyze Exchange Rate has been used the analytical and descriptive method. The most important results of the study that the commercial balance one economics indicators affected by the change. The recommendations of the study that working to increase productively capacity of the national economic focusing on professional projects in non-petroleum product exports, and continual to policy of maintaining Floating Exchange Rate and working to develop Khartoum financial exchange.
