Abstract

المستخلص كثير من المؤسسات تعاني من طرق الحجز التقليدية المستخدمة، حيث يقوم المستفيد بالذهاب إلى المؤسسة باذلاً الكثير من الجهد والوقت والمال وقد لا ينجح في الحصول على الخدمة. مع ظهور التكنولوجيا الحديثة تغيرت الكثير من المفاهيم حيث تم الاستفادة منها في عمليات الحجز مما سهل الكثير من المهام على المستفيدين خصوصاً مع انتشار الإنترنت وتوسع استخدامه بين العامة من الناس. قام الباحث بتطوير تطبيق يعمل على الانترنت يستهدف المرضى الذين يعانون في الحصول على خدمة طبية مناسبة،عن طريق استخدام لغة الPHP وقواعد البيانات my sql لعمل نظام يقوم بالحجز الالكتروني للمرضي ومقابلة الطبيب. ونتاج ذلك توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها توفير خدمات بصورة أفضل وبدون بذل مجهود وبسرعة و رفع الثقافة فى مجال الخدمات الطبية .

Abstract: Many organizations suffer from the traditional reservation methods used, where the beneficiary to go to the institution to spend a lot of effort and time and money and may not succeed in obtaining the service. With the advent of modern technology, many concepts have changed, as they have been used in reservation operations, which has facilitated many tasks for the beneficiaries, especially with the spread of the Internet and the expansion of its use among the general public. The researcher developed an online application aimed at patients suffering from appropriate medical service, using the PHP language and my sql databases to create an electronic reservation system for the patients and to meet the doctor. The results of this study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the provision of better services without the effort and speed of raising the culture in the field of medical services
