الإستراتيجيات الأمنية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في مواجهة التهديدات الإيرانية في الفترة من 1979 – 2019م

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة موضوع الإستراتيجيات الأمنية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في مواجهة التهديدات الإيرانية، وتحاول الدراسة تسليط الضوء على المعوقات التنظيمية والسياسية التي تؤثر على فعالية الدور الذي يقوم به المجلس في حفظ أمن واستقرار منطقة الخليج في ظل التنافس الدولي على موارد المنطقة. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في معرفة ماهي الإستراتيجيات الأمنية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في مواجهة التهديدات الإيرانية. انطلقت الدراسة من عدة فرضيات أبرزها: وجود علاقة طردية بين الأمن القومي لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والنظام الإقليمي؛ هنالك تهديد من قبل إيران لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بسبب التهديدات الإيرانية في المنطقة ؛ لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي دوراً مهماً في تحقيق توازن في المنطقة ؛للأحلاف دور في خلق توازن بالمنطقة من خلال المصالح المشتركة. واستخدمت الدراسة عدة مناهج علمية أبرزها المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي. وتناولت الدراسة موضوعها في أربعة فصول يحتوي كل منها على ثلاثة مباحث. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها أن قوة درع الجزيرة تبقى ضرورية أمنيًا وعسكريًا ودفاعيًا لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وأن الصيغة الصحيحة لـ "أمن الخليج" يجب أن تعني ضمان الأمن والحفاظ على المبادئ والمصالح الإقليمية للدول العربية والإسلامية المطلة عليه أولاً قبل تامين المصالح النفطية والإستراتيجية الأمريكية والحفاظ على الأمن الصهيوني. كما خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أبرزها: تعزيز إجراءات بناء الثقة على المستوى الخليجي، وبلورة صيغة جماعية توافقية لتحقيق الأمن في الخليج.
