هدف هذا البحث لمعرفة دور نظم المعلومات الادارية في تطبيق ادارة المعرفة بالشركة السودانية للاتصالات المحدودة سوداتل.وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في عدم وجود ادارة معرفة بالرغم من توفر الاجهزة الكافية لانشاءها، وقد افترض البحث وجود علاقة احصائية بين نظم المعلومات الادارية وادارة المعرفة كما افترض وجود علاقة بين كل من (معالجة البيانات ،ونظم دعم القرارات ونظم دعم الادارة العليا والنظم الخبيرة) و (توليد و تخزين واكتساب ونشر المعرفة). تم اختيار عينة مكونه من اثنين وثمانين موظفاً ، تمثل كل موظفي سوداتل المتعاملين مع ادارة المعرفة واستخدم الاستبيان كأداة جمع للبيانات وأداة قياس.كما تم استخدام تحليل الارتباط للتاكد من صلاحية اداة القياس كما تم لذلك تحكيمها بواسطة عدد كبير من الخبراء. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج spss وتوصل البحث لإثبات علاقة خطية بين نظم المعلومات الادارية وادارة المعرفة ، كما أثبت علاقة خطية بين (معالجة البيانات ،ونظم دعم القرارات ونظم دعم الادارة العليا والنظم الخبيرة) و (توليد و تخزين واكتساب ) المعرفة. أوصت الدراسة بانشاء ادارة خاصة بادارة المعرفة و تبني سياسات تشجع العاملين على نشر المعرفة.

Abstract This research aim of to find out the role of management information systems in applying of knowledge management at Sudan Telecomunication Company Ltd. The problem of the research was the lack of knowledge management despite the availability of sufficient equipment to set up,The study hypothesized statistical relationships between management information systems and knowledge management, and assumed a relationship between (data processing, decision support systems, senior management support systems and expert systems), and (generation, storage, acquisition and dissemination of knowledge). A sample of eighty-two employees was selected, representing all Sudatel employees dealing with knowledge management.a questionnaire used as a data collection tool and a measuring instrument. The correlation analysis was used to ascertain the validity of the measuring instrument and was thus judged by a large number of experts. The data was analyzed using the spss program and the research was conducted to prove a linear relationship between management information systems and knowledge management. It also proved a linear relationship between (data processing, decision support systems, senior management support systems and expert systems), and (generation, storage and acquisition)of knowledg.

The study recommended the establishment of a special administration of knowledge management and the adoption of policies that encourage employees to disseminate knowledge.
