Abstract

Abstract This study is aiming to explore the trends of Sudanese Society towards technical education and professional training with the purpose of ractifing the errenous held views towards this sort of education and training . This study fall in an introduction and six chapters . The first chapter covers the framework of the study while The second reveals concepts,_ definitions of technical and professional training , its social and economical roots and the impact of on development of social life . Chapter three examined the growth and development of technical and professional education in Sudan , ' its role in development ets , and in the fourth the findings of interviewing at random samble of distributed among studentsparent on these issues are revealed . Results has been analyzed in chapter five while recommendations took place in the sixth . Its verified that the atittudeof the society towards the manual work as a second class activity has hambeperd development of technical education in the country.
