بناء نظام لاستخراج شهادة الميلاد

Abstract

الخـلاصـــة :- تناولت الباحثة مشكلة إستخراج شهادة الميلاد بمستشفي الرباط الجامعي والتي تكمن في أن النظام المستخدم لهذا الغرض نظام يدوي قديم ولم يطرأ عليه تغيير إيجابي منذ زمن طويل ولما كان لابد من التغيير واللحاق بركب المعلوماتية والعولمة والحوسبة التي أثبتت فاعليتها وكفاءتها وسهولة الحصول عليها بتكلفة معقولة وسهولة التدريب علي إستخدامها . وقامت الباحثة بتصميم نظام محوسب لإستخراج شهادة الميلاد بمستشفي الرباط الجامعي ويمكن تطبيق النظام الجديد بالتوازي مع النظام القديم لحين التأكد من أن النظام الجديد يعمل بصورة مستقرة وأن العاملين به قادرون علي التعامل معه بصورة ممتازة . هذا النظام به العديد من الشاشات التي تساعد في إنسياب العمل بصورة سلسلة وسهلة وواضحة ولاحتاج لمجهودات كبيرة حيث تم تقسيم النظام حسب المستفيدين والموظفين الذين سيعملون بالنظام في إدارة الإحصاء بمستشفي الرباط الجامعي فهناك مثلاً الشاشة الرئيسية للنظام بها روابط مثل رابط التقارير و المراسلة ومواقع ذات صلة وإرشادات وهناك شاشة لإدخال بيانات المواليد وأخري لتعديل تلك البيانات وأخري لحذف بيانات .وهناك شاشة لشهادة الميلاد بها كل البيانات التي تشملها الشهادة وتتفرع منها شاشة لإدخال بيانات شهادة الميلاد وأخري للتعديل وأخري للحذف .كما توجد شاشة للموظفين لإدخال بياناتهم أو لتعديلها أو لحذفها وتوجد شاشة لبيانات العمليات التي تتم بالسجل المدني من إدخال أو تعديل أو حذف وتوجد شاشة خاصة بالبطاقة العلاجية في حالة الشرطيين والإيصال المالي في حالة المدنيين بها إدخال البيانات أو تعديلها أو حذفها كل عملية إضافة أو تعديل أو حذف تكون في شاشة منفصلة وذلك لتسهيل عمل النظام وتنظيم الصلاحيات لتسهيل عملية المتابعة الإدارية وحصر وتحديد المسؤوليات في هذا النظام يمكن إستخراج تقارير حسب الحوجة حيث يمكن إستخراج تقرير عن المواليد في ولاية محددة أو المواليد حسب النوع (ذكور – إناث ) أو حسب تاريخ الميلاد لتحديد المواليد في يوم معين أو المواليد في فترة معينة (من – إلي) أو المواليد في محلية معينة أو وحدة إدارية معينة أو المواليد حسب الديانة (المواليد المسلمين) وكذلك تقارير عن المعاملات المالية التي تمت حسب تاريخ الإيصال المالي أو تقارير عن العمليات التي تتم بالسجل المدني حسب تاريخ العملية النظام مرن جداً حيث أن له قابلية عالية علي الإيفاء بإستخراج تقارير قد تظهر لها الحوجة لاحقاً حسب متطلبات إدارة الإحصاء بمستشفي الرباط الجامعي .Abstract Researcher addressed the problem of extracting a birth certificate Rabat University Hospital, which lies in that the system used for this purpose an old manual system had not changed positively since a long time.
