Abstract
Abstract
The process of researching on the entrance of reengineering, in
health organizations in general, can be considered as a new issue in
the realm of medicine and public health, on the one hand and. in
business administrationion the other hand.
It is because that, this entrance, has only been appeared in the
united states of America, before fifteen years ago, namely in 1990, so
far we did not know, whether there are scientific researches
conducted in this field, that is reengineering of training system in
hospitals.
Therefore, we considered this research, as one of the important
Arabic reference to deal with such interesting thesis, but a diverged
one, in a new way that tends to utilize the entrance of reengineering
of training, in health organizations.
Reengineering of training systems is based on specifying the
training needs as a pivotal point to reengineering entrance,
subsequently it is inevitable to use numerous integrated methods of
training such as case studies, playing the different roles, and
discussions, as well as abandoning the traditional training in the
wake of reengineering, with a view to afford the trainee, a positive
preparation for the new entrance, and the effectiveness of training
process as well. .
So, this research evaluates the extent of potentiality of applying
the entrance of reengineering of training in health organizations, by-
applying 011 government's hospitals at Al qasim district.
The study aims to identify the main obstacles that could impede
the application of reengineering entrance in health organizations
which is now becomes obvious that these organizations are pursuing
another trend which was not supported by the higher administration.
The study also aims to recognize the available material and
human potentialities and the role of information technology,
moreover the relation of administrative unit, which applying this
entrance with other units, in particular at the initial stage of applying
the reengineering» entrance. Furthermore, the existence of differences

of environment, culture and the nature of activity of these
organizations, which is different from organizations that the entrance
was first, developed Within its scope.
This study depended on the analytical, descriptive approach that
analyzed and described the reality of the factors that influence the
academic performance rate of university student and the problems
that face them during studying period, through collecting data by
using the questionnaire statement that sent to 400 responsible in
Qassim hospitals
The important impediments in this study are the extent of
support of higher administration. In addition to the existence of
organizational barriers, between the different units, namely the
technical units and the administrative units, as well as complication
and centralization of administrative organizations, and the lack of
commitment of leadership. Also the there are cultural obstacles
represented in the lack of conviction of care providers in the
feasibility of entrance of reengineering. Furthermore, they believe
that it is posing a threat to the independence of health care decisions,
and "it is only a mechanism of cost control, also they are not
interested and not focusing on the significance and convenience of
customer. '
Finally, this study presented some recommendations to public
management of Saudi healthy sector, , public management of Saudi
hospitals, responsible for training in Saudi hospitals, and trainers ill
Saudi hospitals, to success the implementation of reengineering
approach of training systems in Saudi healthy sector.
