Abstract

Abstracts The research aims to address the role of the diplomatic missions in Sudan's foreign relations: analytical study of the performance of the Sudanese diplomatic mission in the United Arab Emirates through in highlighting the role of these missions abroad. The importance of the study was that it tried to highlight the role of diplomatic missions in the relations of the Sudan Minister of Foreign Affairs and the relationship of the Sudan in the Arab Gulf, and tried to study an analysis of the performance of the Sudanese diplomatic mission in the United Arab Emirates. The study aimed to publicize the role of diplomatic missions in the relations of the Sudan's foreign policy definition of the Sudan toward the Gulf States, with emphasis on the relationship of the Sudan in the state of the Emirates and the role of the mission in the promotion of the bilateral relations and analysis of their perfonnance. Identified problem in the main question: What is the role of diplomatic Sudan missions for support relations with united arab emeritis? Search followed the historical approach in dealing with the concept of diplomacy and the evolution of the concept of diplomatic representation of types and foreign policy, and the researcher pursued a descriptive approach to describe several events in Sudan's foreign policy and the methodology of the case study in dealing with the Sudanese mission of the United Arab Emirates in particular. The most important results: 1. The relationship between the two countries (the Republic of the Sudan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), old relations and perennial extended over the years. 2. Weakened in the relations between the two countries within a certain period of time affected by Sudanese convergence of Iran. 3. Returned to the relations between the two countries gradually after a successful visit to the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismail, the United Arab Emirates to the United Nations in the year 1999, which have had a grave impact on the return of the relationship to the earlier era and the diplomatic representation between the two countries to the level of ambassador. 4. The Mission has contributed to the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries through a number of visits by the head of the mission of the rulers of the Emirates to participate in a number of activities and programs. The most important as recommended in the study as follows: l. Diplomatic relationship with the United Arab Emirates is very important because the United Arab Emirates become States with influence on the regional arena so required the attention and care. 2. Attention to the diplomatic mission of the Sudan in the United Arab Emirates support diplomatic cadres distinct and experience and know-how to deal with the government and the people of the emirates brother. 3. The dimension of the ideological ideas we refer specifically to the Iranian Republic because the Iranian rapprochement did not bring the Sudan but the deterioration of its extemal relations with other States.
