Abstract

ABSTRACT This research tackles the effects of fluctuation of rainfall and the accompanied enviromnental modifications , that stressed the economic situation and the intact composition of the rural community in El fasher municipality . _ The thesis Subject reveales the magnitude of the environmental degradation that affected deeply the'mode of life of the rural population , regarding the aspects of methods of family economic policy of income and welfare. More over the factors of environmental deterioration influenced harshly the partnership rules and roles of individuals participating positively in the process of earning in patterns of Socio economic contribution of the members. The Subject is comprised of five chapters . The first chapter considered the strategy of the study problem, its importance, objectives hypotheses, methodology of the research, design, difficulties involved in, and the factors motivated choice of the title of the thesis. The second chapter discussed the theoretical framework that considers the phenomenon of fluctuation of rainfall , that became one of the most prominent important issues grasped the attention and wary of Scientists, Scholars of the environment and the international community in aspects of studying the climate changes . The third chapter studied the geographical features of the mentioned area, magnitude of the effects of fluctuation of rainfall and the extent of the climatic changes upon the area. The fourth chapter tackles consequences of impacts of fluctuation of rainfall upon the environment and the rural community . The fifth chapter summed up the local community strategies adjusted to adapt with influence of the fluctutionof rainfall causing degradation of environment. Finally the thesis concluded with outcomes of the research to the remedies of the impacts of the drastic fluctuation of rainfall and to get adapted to the deteriorating environment
