الدوافع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لظاهرة التدواي بالاعشاب بمدينة الخرطوم مركز النيل للاعشاب نموذجا

Abstract

المستخلص التداوي بالأعشاب هو مستخلص النباتات الطبيعية وتستخدم النباتات في صناعة العقاقير والأدوية الحديثة ويتناول البحث التداوي بالأعشاب بمركز النيل للأعشاب بمدينة الخرطوم ويبحث عن الدوافع الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والدينية للتداوي بالأعشاب وطرقه العلاجية والأسباب التي تقف وراء تلك الإنتشار وإستمرار الظاهرة موضوع البحث. وذلك في ضوء ما تعكسه بيانات البحث حيث تضمنت مجموعة من المبحوثين وكانت عينه البحث قصدية منطقة إحتوت على (100) مريض من المستفدين من علاج الأعشاب واستخدمت الباحثة إستبانه صممت من أجل معرفة آراء المبحوثين وإتبعت الباحثة إسلوب النموذج الوصفى التحليلي وكانت المقابلة من أدوات جمع البيانات وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج وهي أن الدافع الإجتماعي يتمثل في المعتقدات والعادات والتقاليد وهي تلعب دوراً في إنتشار ظاهرة التداوي بالأعشاب كما نجد أن الدوافع الإقتصادية وسوء الحالة المادية هي سبب وراء إنتشار ظاهرة التداوي بالأعشاب والمعتقدات الدينية مرتبطة بالتداوي بالأعشاب والدليل على ذاك ما جاء بسنة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حسب آراء المبحوثين (المرضي) من التوصيات الهامة إنشاء مراكز متخصصة للعلاج بالأعشاب بصفات عالمية ومعايير طبيه تتوفر فيها الشروط الصحية كافه ليمارس فيها الأطباء الشعبيين كافة مجالات الطب الشعبي. وتوصى الباحثة بوضع رقابة صحية على الممارسات تفادياً لوقوع أي مخاطر مؤثرة سليباً في صحة الفرد.

Abstract Herbal medicine is the extract of natural plants and plants are used in the manufacture of modern drugs and medicines. The research deals with herbal medicine at the Nile Herbal Center in Khartoum, and searches for the social, economic and religious motives for herbal medicine, its therapeutic methods, and the reasons behind this spread and the continuation of the phenomenon that is the subject of research. This is in the light of what the research data reflects, as it included a group of respondents, and the research sample was intended for an area that contained (100) patients who benefited from herbal treatment. The researcher used a questionnaire designed in order to know the opinions of the respondents. The research leads to a set of results, which is that the social motive is represented in beliefs, customs and traditions, and it plays a role in the spread of the phenomenon of herbal medicine. We also find that economic motives and poor material condition are the reason behind the spread of the phenomenon of herbal medicine and religious beliefs are related to herbal medicine. Peace be upon him According to the opinions of the respondents (patients), one of the important recommendations is the establishment of specialized centers for herbal treatment with international qualities and medical standards in which sufficient health conditions are available for traditional doctors to practice in all areas of traditional medicine. The researcher recommends putting a health control on the practices in order to avoid the occurrence of any risks that negatively affect the health of the individual.
