هدف البحث إلى التعرف على فاعلية برامج التلفزيون التعليمي في تنمية القدرات العقلية والمهارات اللغوية لدى أطفال الروضة بمحلية جبل أولياء، ولتحقيق ذلك اتبعت الباحثة المنهج والمنهج الوصفي، حيث استخدمت الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات والبيانت. ثم اختيار عينة الاستبانه من )100) معلمى ومعلمات. وتم معالجة البيانات والمعلومات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS) ) و جاءت أهم نتائج البحث في الآتي : 1. من الخصائص الأساسية التى ينبغى أن تتصف بها برامج التلفزيون التعليمي لطفل الروضة، جودة الإخراج والتميز بتطوير عناصر التشويق وإثارة الدافعية ومراعاة الفروق الفرديه بين الأطفال. 2. تسهم برامج التلفزيون التعليمي بفاعلية في تنمية الذكاء لدى الأطفال الروضة. 3. برامج التلفزيون التعليمي لها فاعلية في تنمية المهارات اللغوية لدى أطفال الروضة. وأوصت الباحثة بالآتي: 1. تسليط الضوء من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم على فاعلية استخدام التلفزيون التعليمي في رياض الأطفال. 2. الاهتمام بالبرامج التي تبرز دور وأهمية رياض الأطفال. 3. توعية المسئولين في الإدارات التعليمية والمعلمين بأهمية استخدام التلفزيون التعليمي في التدريس.

Abstract The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of educational television programs in developing language abilities and skills among kindergarten children in Jabal Awlia locality, To achieve this, the researcher followed the analytical and descriptive approach, where she used the questionnaire to collect information and data. Then selecting the questionnaire sample from (100) male and female teachers. The data and information were processed using the SPSS program. The most important research results are as follows: 1. One of the basic characteristics that educational television programs for a kindergarten child should have, Output quality and distinction by developing elements of suspense, motivation and individual differences in children. 2. Educational television programs contribute effectively to the development of intelligence among kindergarten children. 3. Educational television programs are effective in developing language skills for kindergarten children. 4. The researcher recommended the following:

1. Highlighting the effectiveness of the use of educational television in kindergarten by the Ministry of Education. 2. Attention to programs that highlight the role and importance of kindergarten. 3. Educating officials in educational departments and teachers about the importance of using educational television in teaching.
