حوسبة وتهجير بيانات نظام إدارة الإستثمار والصناعة دراسة حالة الإدارة العامة للإستثمار والصناعة ( ولاية سنار )

Abstract

المستخلص تمثل المعلومات عنصراً هاما ومورداً استراتيجياً تعتمد عليها المؤسسات وذلك بالاعتماد على نظام معلوماتي يساعدهم في اتخاذ القرار ، ومؤسسة كبيرة مثل الإدارة العامة للإستثمار تحتاج الى نظام محوسب يساعد في عملية إدارة المشاريع وتهجير البيانات ونقلها من السجلات الإلكترونية وتطبيقات الأوفيس وحوسبتها وإدارتها ، تكمن مشكلة البحث في صعوبة تهجير البيانات من السجلات الإلكترونية وتطبيقات الأوفيس إلى قاعدة البيانات بسبب كثرة البيانات والمعلومات والتي تؤدي إلى ضياع الكثير من الوقت والجهد مع صعوبة الوصول إليها ، يهدف النظام إلى تصميم نظام محوسب يساعد في عملية تهجير البيانات من السجلات والتطبيقات الإلكترونية إلى قاعدة بيانات أمنة ومحمية مع سهولة إسترجاعها وإدارتها بسرعه وسهولة ، من حيث المنهجية تم إستخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي وتم إستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML واستخدام لغة VB.net في تصميم وتنفيذ النظام وقواعد البيانات من نوع SQL ، تم الحصول على عده نتائج من أهمها ان النظام ساعد في عملية تهجير البيانات ونقلها من التطبيقات الإلكترونية إلى قاعدة بيانات أمنة ومحمية وسهل من عملية إسترجاعها ، كما وفر الكثير من الوقت والجهد والمال في إدارة المشاريع وإستخدامها في عملية اتخاذ القرارات بكافة وفعالية عالية وبأقل مجهود ممكن ، ومن التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث هي ربط النظام من خلال موقع ويب يتم من خلاله إدارة المشاريع في اي زمان ومن اي مكان بسهوله.

Abstract Information represents an important element and a strategic resource on which institutions depend, relying on an information system that helps them in decision-making, and a large institution such as the General Administration of Investment needs a computerized system that helps in the process of project management and data migration and transfer from electronic records and Office applications, computerization and management, the problem of research lies in the difficulty of Migration of data from electronic records and office applications to the database due to the large number of data and information, which leads to the loss of a lot of time and effort with difficulty in accessing them. The system aims to design a computerized system that helps in the process of migrating data from electronic records and applications to a secure and protected database with easy retrieval And managing it quickly and easily, in terms of methodology, the descriptive analytical approach was used, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) was used, and the VB.net language was used in the design and implementation of the system and SQL databases, several results were obtained, the most important of which is that the system helped in the process of data migration and transfer from applications electronic data to a safe, protected and easy-to-recover database For a lot of time, effort and money in managing projects and using them in the decision-making process with high efficiency and with minimal effort, and one of the recommendations that came out of the research is to link the system through a website through which projects are managed at any time and from anywhere easily.
