تطوير نظام اليكتروني لمستشفي ابن سيناء التخصصي

Abstract

المستخلص يضم نظام المعلومات المحوسب العديد من الانظمة الفرعية التى تخدم الرعاية الصحية بشكل مباشر او غير مباشر ايضاً، ربما كان ابرها واشهرها السجلات الصحية فى كتاب نظم المعلومات الصحية، اهم ميزات النظام الاليكترونى الطبى تكمن فى عدة نقاط منها:التخلص من الصرف الذى اصبح يهدد المظمات الصحية بسبب السلبيات المتعددة مثل بط الخزن، وصعوبة استرجاع معلوماتة،وكثرة الفاقد فى بياناتة، يعتبر النظام الاليكترونى نقطه التقاء جميع الانظمة لان الملف الصحى الاليكترونى هو الذى تخزن فيه النتائج الطبية والتشخيصات والعلاجات التى اعطت للمريض، يتيح فرصة لخلق تواصل بين افراد وفرق تقديم الخدمات الصحية من اطباء وممرضين وفنين وادارين تحتوى السجلات الطبية الاليكترونية على العديد من المعلومات التى تساهم فى تطوير البحث العلمى ، كما تقوم بتزويد التقارير والاحصائيات الطبية والادارية التى تخدم انشطة المستشفى، يساعد على تحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمريضع عن طريق توفير المعلومات اللازمة فى الوقت المناسب لسهولة الاسترجاع والحفظ فى قاعدة البيانات . نجد ان الهدف من هذا البحث هو تحويل النظام اليدوى ( التقليدى ) لمستشفى ابن سيناء التخصصى الى نظام محوسب وذلك من خلال تحليل وتصميم وتنفيذ نظام مستشفى ابن سيناء ، بواسطة لغة النمذجة الموحدة (UML)فى التحليل والتصميم وبرمجيات اوركل فى تصميم قواعد البيانات بالاضافة الى J developer و jasper report فى عمل التقارير. ونتاج ذلك توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج اهمها تسريع وتجويد الاداء نتيجة لحوسبة النظام وسهولة التعامل مع البيانات ومعالجتها واسترجاعها وسهولة استخراج التقارير منها ، كما خلصت لمجموعة من التوصيات اهمها ضرورة تطبيق النظام المحوسب وتدريب العاملين عليه.

Abstract Includes information system computerized many of the subsystems that serve the health care directly and indirectly as well, perhaps the most prominent and best known health records in the book of health information system ,the most important medical record advantages lie in several points, including: getting rid of sewage, which has become there tening health organizations because multiple negatives ,such of the slow pace of storage , and the difficulty of retrieving his information, and the large losses in its statement . Electronice health is a meeting point for all the systems because the electronic health file, which is stored the results and diagnoses medical treatments ,the were given to the patient, it provides an opportunity to create communication between individuals and teams to provide health services from doctors ,nurses, technicians and administrators ,containing electronic many health records of the information that contributes to the development of Scientifics research, and is providing medical report and administrative and and statistics that serve the hospitals activities, helps to improve the quality of health care provided to the patient by providing the necessary information in a timely manner for easy retrieval and conservation in the data base we fine the objective of this research is to transform the manual system (traditional) to a dispensary IPN SENA Specialized hospital to a computerized system ,through the analysis ,design and implementation of the IPN SENA Specialized hospital specialst system, by unified modeling language the UML in the analysis ,design and software oracle in the data base design in addition to the jdeveloper and jasper report in the work reports. The result of the study found that a group of the most important results accelerate and improve performance as a result of the computerization of the system and ease of data handling, processing ,retrieval and easily extract report them,and including the need for the computerized system and staff training by the application.
