تطوير أنظمة المكتب الإلكترونية بإستخدام تقنيات الحوسبة السحابية (حالة تطبيقية نظام المراسلات)

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة : أصبح النمو الهائل في حجم البيانات والمعلومات يحد من قدرة المؤسسات على إدارة البيانات والمعلومات والتحكم بها بشكل فعال، ومع استمرار ارتفاع تكاليف التخزين يجعل المؤسسات تواجه مشاكل استرجاع البيانات واعداد نسخ احتياطية، بالإضافة إلى انتشار وتطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات، لذلك تسعى المؤسسات لتنفيذ التقنيات الافتراضية، والحوسبة السحابية بهدف حماية البيانات وإدارتها بشكل أكثر فعالية وكفاءة. تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مجموعة من العوامل التي تؤثر على استخدام تقنية الحوسبة السحابية لرفع كفاءة الأداء وتطبيق الحوسبة السحابية بالمؤسسات السودانية وأن هذا سيسهم في التوجه الحكومي للتوفير في التكاليف والمرونة التشغيلية بالمؤسسات الحكومية، وذلك عن طريق تخصيص حوسبة سحابية واحدة تجمع المواقع الإلكترونية لمؤسسات الدولة ووزاراتها. تناولت الدراسة واقع إستخدام التقنية بالمؤسسات السودانية وضرورة سعي المؤسسات الحكومية للإنتقال إلى تطبيق الحوسبة السحابية لرفع كفاءة وتحسين الخدمات التي تقدمها واتضح ان هناك مجموعة من الخدمات التي يمكن ان تقدمها الحوسبة السحابية. وشملت الدراسة تصميم نظام (نظام المراسلات الإلكترونية الحكومية السحابية) وهو نظام خاص بالمراسلات الحكومية، لتحسين أداء نظام المعلومات الخاص بها، ويمكن تطوير وتوسيع هذا النظام مع مرور الوقت، وتم استخدام الإجراءات المقترحة للرفع من أداء النظام، وتوفير أمان وسرية للبيانات في مراكز تخزين السحابة الخاصة بالنظام المقترح، وتم دراسة تأثير عدد المستخدمين والمساحة التخزينية المتوفرة ضمن مراكز تخزين البيانات في النظام المقترح. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تضمنت الدراسة جانباً عملياً تم خلاله دراسة وتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها باستخدام الاستبانة أعدت خصيصا لهذا الغرض، تم توزيعها على بعض المؤسسات في ولاية الخرطوم. وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة توصيات أهمها بأن تعمل المؤسسات الحكومية السودانية والمؤسسات التعليمية على مواكبة و تطوير التقنية، وأن تسعى لإستخدام تطبيقات الحوسبة السحابية بالمؤسسات.

ABSTRACT: Became exponential growth in the volume of data and information limits the ability of companies to manage this data and information and control effectively, and with continued high storage costs make the companies having problems retrieving data and the preparation of backup copies, in addition to the prevalence information technologies evolving,Therefore, companies seeking implementation of virtualization technologies,and cloud computing in order to protect and manage data more effectively and efficiently. This study aims at identifying a number of factors that affect the use of cloud computing technology to improve performance and application of cloud computing in Sudanese institutions. This will contribute to the governmental approach to cost saving and operational flexibility in government institutions through the allocation of single cloud computing that collects websites of state institutions and ministries. The study dealt with the reality of the use of technology in Sudanese institutions and the need for government institutions to move to the application of cloud computing to improve the efficiency and improvement of services provided by the cloud and there is a range of services that can be provided by cloud computing. The system could be developed and expanded over time. The proposed procedures were used to increase system performance and provide security and confidentiality of data in cloud storage centers Of the proposed system. The effect of the number of users and the storage space available within the data storage centers in the proposed system was examined. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study included a practical aspect in which the study and analysis of the data collected using the questionnaire specially prepared for this purpose were distributed to some institutions in the state of Khartoum. Finally, the study recommended that Sudanese government institutions and educational institutions work to keep pace with technology development and seek to use enterprise cloud computing applications.
