جاءت هذه الدراسه بعنوان جريمة تزوير المستندات في القانون الجنائي السوداني حيث تبدو أهميتها في أن جريمة التزوير أصبحت تتصدر قائمة الجرائم في الدوله المتقدمة, مما يحتم علينا معرفة أسباب ودواعي ذلك, بجانب ذلك عالجت الدراسة مشكلة البحث المتمثله في مدى كفاية الحماية الجنائية للمستندات. ولأغراض الدراسه قمنا بتقسيمها الى ثلاث فصول وكل فصل إحتوى على عدد من المباحث عالجت مع بعضها موضوع الدراسه بصورة نحسب أنها متكاملة. وإتبعت الدراسه المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بإعتبارها دراسه قانونية مقارنة. ثم توصلت الدراسه الى عدد من النتائج لعل من أهمها أن جريمة التزوير في المستندات هي من أكثر الجرائم خطورة وإنتشاراً في العالم, لما تؤديه من إخلال بالثقه التي يتطلب توافرها في المستندات. وفي المقابل أوصت الدراسه بعدد من التوصيات من بينها ضرورة تعديل عقوبة التزوير في المستندات بعقوبه أكثر زجراً وتشديداً من العقوبه الحاليه للمحاوله من خفض معدلات الجريمه.

Abstract

This study came under the title, crime of forgery of documents in the Sudanese Criminal Code .It seems important because the crime of forgery has become one of the top crimes in the advanced states, which makes it imperative to know the reasons of it .This study dealt with the problem of the research of the adequacy of the criminal protection of documents. For the purpose of the study, the research was divided into three chapters, each chapter containing a number of sections dealt with subject of the study in an integrated manner. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach as comparative legal study. Then the study concluded through a number of results, the most important of which is that the crime of forgery in documents is one of the most serious and widespread crimes in the world, because of the breach of trust that requires availability in the documents. The study also recommended the need to amend the penalty of forgery in the documents with a more blunt and tougher punishment than the current penalty to reduce crime rates.
