Abstract

‫‪ABSTRACT‬‬ ‫‪This research discussed the issue of moral person and its‬‬ ‫‪historical development and legal regulation of moral person in‬‬ ‫‪initial chapter which I mentioned definition of moral person and‬‬ ‫‪its properties and its types in from the beginning of Roman law‬‬ ‫.‪then in medial era and then in Islamic era up to day‬‬ In chapter one I discussed the legal regulation of criminal responsibility for moral person and the disagree of writers about its concept and definition and responsibility of moral person in comparative laws, I also discussed the views that accept criminal responsibility for moral person and also study covered some of Arabic and forgings laws and acts. and for gins and also the others that they Oppose of criminal responsibility for moral person in light of nature and basic of responsibility and theory of moral person and legal relationship between moral person and natural persons, and what are the Juristic theories and required conditions of criminal responsibility for moral person In chapter two I discussed the general provision of moral person in term of admission and its responsibility in generation stage through all of its live up to expiration ,and reasons of responsibility and contraindications responsibility semi a natural person and what are the crimes that related by public and private moral person in legislation which accepted responsibility of moral person. In chapter three I discussed the applied punishment on moral person and kinds of these punishments and ability of running them upon moral person and in the other hand causes of expiration punishment and drop the conviction. Lastly I reach at the end of this study to some voluble results and recommendations the they are important to take in reorganization.
