Abstract

Abstract The study addressed the international mechanisms of aggressive crimes against humanity , and the violence which done during the armed conflict in Republic of South Sudan according the reports provided by human right committee of the United Nation, World Grace Organization and the former president of Nigeria Obasango. The situation of Principal Rome System for the year 1998 from these crimes and violations. The problem of the study presented in the idea of developing legal guarantees issued in the chapters and international agreements, that needed in this difficult historical stage that world passed on , specially South Sudan State. The study tried to explain the role of United nation and the International council mechanisms for crimes aggressive against humanity and the specific competent to enhance the human right protection inside United nation and the operational applications for the claims infront of the international competent, and how the provision of the international crimes developed against individuals before the international judiciary and some other judiciary applications. The study followed the inductive and descriptive analytical methods. The most important results which achieved by the study was the armed conflict parties in South Sudan State did crimes and violations against South Sudan nation. So the researcher recommended that, must open suit and investigations against those who made these crimes and violence, and shall take their penalties and shall compensate the victims’ families.
