نظام الكترونى لادارة مدرسة

Abstract

المستخلص: يعتبر النظام الالكترونى لادارة المدرسة من اهم وسائل الارتقاء بمستوى التعليم من الناحية التقنية فهو عبارة عن نظام متكامل لإدارة المدرسة عن طريٌق الحاسوب و يتميٌز بالسرعة و الدقة فًى أداء المهام و المتابعة الدوريٌة المستمرة لشؤون المدرسة و التفاعل الدوري مع المستخدم و التخاطب معه فًى شكل إشعارات أو رسائل أو تقاريٌر شاملة والتًى تساعد إدارة المدرسة فىً متابعة أدائها وإتخاذ القرارات المناسبة.كما يهدف النظام الى تسهيل عملية الادارة من خلال متابعة كافة التفاصيل داخل المدرسة . تتضمن ادارة شئون المدرسة الكثير من التفاصيل من تسجيل الطلاب ووضع الامتحانات واعداد جداول الحصص واعداد جداول الامتحانات ورصد درجات الطلاب فى المواد ومتابعة حضور المعلمين وكذلك الحصول على كافة التقارير المطلوبة. تم بناء هذا النظام بلغة C# باستخدام برنامج (Microsoft Visual Studio 2013) وبرنامج (Microsoft Sql Server 2008) لانشاء قاعدة البيانات. ومن خلال هذا البحث تم التوصل للعديد من النتائج من اهمها امكانية النظام الالكترونى من حفظ جميع معلومات المدرسة واستخراج التقارير بسرعة ودقة وتسهيل العمل الادارى .

Abstract:- Hereto we make an Electronic System for School Administration .It is considered as most important and perfect system which improve the style of education from technical view. It is easy, accurate and complete computerized system. By using this system you can look after all affairs of the school continuously. The user can easily compromise or deal with this system by regular reports or by messages. Also it is easy to take right instructions and makes good systems according to the reports. The administration of school affairs consist of many branches like registrations of students, attendees for teachers and preparing for examinations periods of different substance. This system is constructed by C# language and using the program Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and Microsoft SQL Server to created Data Base. From this system we gain so many results and the most important one is to find it possible to use Electronic System to save all information of school and generation reports and to make administration accurate and more easer.
