المستفيدون من المواقع الإلكترونية للمكتبات الجامعية السودانية: دراسة حالة مكتبتي جامعة الخرطوم والسودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا

Abstract

المستخلص بالعربية العنوان: المستفيدون من خدمات المعلومات عبر المواقع الإلكترونية للمكتبات الجامعية السودانية ( دراسة تقيمية) إعداد الطالبة: شيماء هاشم خضر مصطفي إشراف الدكتور: عبد الباقي يونس إسماعيل الدرجة العلمية : دكتوارة. تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع خدمات المعلومات التي تقدمها مكتبات جامعة الخرطوم ومكتبات جامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا عبر مواقعها الإلكترونية وتقييمها فضلاً عن المستفيدين الذين يستخدمون هذه المواقع وإحتياجاتهم ودوافعهم البحثية وإتجاهاتهم ومهاراتهم مع بيان الصعوبات التي تواجههم. إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الوثائقي ومنهج دراسة الحالة. واعتمدت على الإستبيان والمقابلة الشخصية والملاحظة كأدوات لجمع البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة الي أن خدمات المعلومات التي تقدمها المكتبات الجامعية عينة الدراسة تمثلت في إستخدام خدمة الفهرس العام المباشر (27.3%) و(28.3%) لخدمة النصوص الكاملة و(13.3%) لخدمة الاحاطة الجارية. يستخدم المستفيدين موقع المكتبة الإلكترونية لاغراض ودوافع تعليمية, بحثية وتثقيفية. يمتلك المستفيدين من موقع المكتبة الإلكترونية مهارات تحميل نصوص جميع اشكال مصادر المعلومات المتاحة كما يقومون بكل اجراءات الاعارة عبر موقع المكتبة الإلكتروني. توجد العديد من الصعوبات التي تواجه استخدام المستفيدين لمواقع المكتبات عينة الدراسة أبرزها عدم التعريف والتدريب على استخدام الموقع الإلكتروني لتلك المكتبات. ومن ابرز التوصيات التي أوصت بها الدراسة ضرورة الاهتمام بالموقع الإلكتروني من ناحية الشكل العام والتصميم وتناسب الالوان والبساطة، تفعيل خدمات الاحاطة الجارية والبث الانتقائي للمعلومات عبر الموقع الالكتروني لمكتبات جامعة الخرطوم والسودان، الاهتمام بتطوير المحتوى والتحديث والاعلام عن الخدمات التي تقدمها مواقع المكتبتين، الاهتمام بتدريب المستفيدين وتعريفهم بالخدمات وطرق الوصول إليها للاستفادة منها خصوصا استخدام الفهرس العام المباشر وخدمة النصوص الكاملة التي تتييحها عبر قواعد البيانات النصية التي تتوفر بمواقع المكتبتين. The study aims to identify the information services provided by Libraries of University of Khartoum and Sudan University of Science and Technology via websites, as well as the beneficiaries who use these websites, their needs, research motives, trends and skills, and identifying the difficulties they face. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, the documentary and case study method. The researcher relied on the questionnaire, personal interview and observation as tools for data collection. The study found out that the information services provided by university libraries in the study sample consisted of using the direct general index service (27.3%), (28.3%) for the full-text service, and (13.3%) for the current briefing service. The beneficiaries use the electronic library site for educational, and research purposes. The beneficiaries of the electronic library website have the skills to download texts of all forms of available information sources, and they also borrowing through the electronic library website. There are many difficulties facing the beneficiaries of the library websites in the study sample, most notably the lack of knowledge and training in using the website of those libraries. The most important recommendations reached by the study are the following: The necessity of paying attention to the website in terms of its general shape, design, color suitability, and simplicity. Activating the ongoing briefing services and selective broadcasting of information through the website of the University of Khartoum and Sudan university’s Libraries. Attention to developing the content and updating the services provided by the two libraries’ websites. Training the beneficiaries and introducing them to the services and ways to access such websites in order to take the advantage, especially the use of the direct general index and the full-text service that it provides through the text databases that are available on the two libraries’ websites.
