دور إدارة المخاطر في نجاح المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بليبيا بالتركيز على منطقة سبها

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ليبيا وبيان دور إدارة المخاطر في نجاحها. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التاريخي والمنهج الكمي ، وجمعت البيانات عن طريق قائمة استقصاء ووزعت لعينة من المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وحللت عن طريق برنامج SPSS. ومن أهم النتائج التي خرجت بها الدراسة ضعف السيولة وخطر تسديد القروض تأتي في مقدمة المخاطر المالية التي تؤثر في المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بمنطقة سبها بليبيا تليها المخاطر التسويقية . وأهم التوصيات التي توصلت اليها الدراسة ضرورة وضع استراتيجية المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بعد تحليل دقيق وواقعي لبيئة المشروعات التسويقية والمالية وضرورة وضع استراتيجية للمشروعات بصورة تضع في اعتبارها المخاطر التي تواجهها تلك المشروعات.

Abstract The study aimed at identify the reality of the small and medium enterprises in Libya and the role of risks management in the success of these projects. The study followed the historical descriptive method and the quantitative methodology. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire, distributed to a sample of small and medium enterprises and analyzed through the SPSS program. The study fond that, the lack of liquidity and the risk of repayment of loans come at the forefront of the financial risks affecting small and medium enterprises in the region of Sabha in Libya, followed by marketing risks. The most important recommendations of the study: the need to develop the strategy of small and medium enterprises, after a careful and realistic analysis of the environment of marketing and financial projects. Develop a realistic strategy for projects, taking into account the risks faced by these projects.
