المطامع الاسرائيلية في المياه العربية (دراسة حالة حوض النيل)

يتناول هذا البحث (الأطماع الإسرائيلية في المياه العربية) قضية المياه في المنطقة العربية، وذلك لأهميتها حيث تشكل المياه حاجة بيولوجية أساسية وضرورة صحية وبيئية للحفاظ على وجود الكائنات الحية واستمرارها، كما أن المياه أحد أركان الأمن القومي، لارتباط الأمن المائي بالأمن الغذائي للدول، إضافة إلى تطور النزاعات حول المياه إلى درجة من الأهمية والخطورة بحيث بدأت تؤرق الدول، فمشكلة المياه تحظى باهتمام عالمي كبير.

وتتناول الدراسة الموارد المائية الرئيسية في المنطقة العربية ، ومشاكل المياه في الوطن العربي والأبعاد الاقتصادية لمشكلة المياه في المنطقة وسياسات الدول الكبرى تجاه مشكلة المياه ، ثم تنتقل الراسة بعد ذلك إلى الأهمية الاقتصادية والدينية للمياه بالنسبة لإسرائيل باعتبارها دولة دخيلة وجديدة في المنطقة العربيةوأطماع الكيان الإسرائيلي في مياه المنطقة وأبعاده السياسية ، ثم يتطرق البحث لدراسة حوض النيل وتطلع إسرائيل للحصول على مياهه عبر التحالف مع إثيوبيا .

وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى التركيز على أهمية مشكلة المياه نسبة لتزايد الطلب عليها وارتفاع معدلات نمو السكان ، وكشف وفضح المخططات الإسرائيلية للإستيلاء عى المياه في المنطقة العربية ، إضافةً إلى أطماعها التوسعية في الأراضي العربية .

ومن التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث: أهمية التعاون بين الدول المتشاركة في الموارد المائية ، وتفعيل وتنقيح إتفاقيات تقسيم المياه الدولية ، التنبيه للخطر الإسرائيلي القادم لمواجهة المخططات الإسرائيلية للإستيلاء على المياه العربية عموماً ومياه النيل خصوصاً .
