توظيف الهاتف الذكي في التدريب عن بعد لمعلمي مادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي

Abstract

المستخلص هدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على إمكانية توظيف الهاتف الذكي في التدريب عن بعد لمعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي كما استخدم الاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات ، تم اختيار عينة البحث عشوائياً من مجتمع البحث وهم معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية بالمدارس الأساسية الخاصة بمحلية شرق النيل- قطاع الجريفات وأم دوم. ولقد بلغ حجم العينة (50) معلماً ومعلمة ، وقد تم تحليل بيانات الدراسة إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (ٍSPSS) حيث استخدم الباحث معامل ارتباط بيرسون لمعرفة صدق الاتساق للفقرات مع الدرجة الكلية بالمقياس ، أيضاً استخدم الباحث اختبار(ت) لتوضيح الفروق الإحصائية بين أفراد العينة حسب متغيري النوع والتدريب ، كما أستخدم الباحث اختبار كروسكال ويلز لمعرفة الفروق الإحصائية بين أفراد العينة حسب متغيري المؤهل والخبرة ، وأسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة عن أن واقع الاستخدام للهاتف الذكي في التدريب عن بعد جاء بدرجة متوسطة كما أن اتجاهات المعلمين نحو استخدام الهاتف الذكي في التدريب عن بعد كانت إيجابية. أما صعوبات ومعوقات إستخدام الهاتف الذكي في التدريب عن بعد جاءت بدرجة وسط منخفض ، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق في إمكانية توظيف الهاتف الذكي بين المعلمين تعزى لمتغيرات النوع ، المؤهل العلمي ، التدريب والخبرة ، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هنالك إمكانية عالية لتوظيف الهاتف الذكي في التدريب عن بعد لملمي اللغة الإنجليزية في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي.

Abstract This study aimed to know the possibility of employing smart phone in distance training for English language Teachers in the basic instruction stage. To achieve this aim. The researcher used the descriptive method and the questionnaire as a tool to collect information. The research sample was randomly selected from the research population, which is English language teachers in the private Schools of East Nile locality, Al Jarifat Sector and Umm Dom. The sample consists (50) male and female teachers, the study data were analyzed with the statistical package for social Sciences program (SPSS) where the researcher used the Pearson correlation to find out the validity of the consistency of the paragraphs with the total score on the Scale. The researcher also used the (T) test to clarify the statistical differences between the sample members according to the gender and training variables, the researcher also used the Kruskal Wells test to find out the statistical differences between the sample members according to the two variables of qualification and experience. The results of this study showed that the reality of using the smart phone in the distance training was medium degree the teacher's attitudes towards using the smart phone in distance training were positive. As for the difficulties and impediments of using a smart phone in distance training it was in low medium degree. The results of the study also showed that there were no differences in the possibility of employing a smart phone between teachers due to gender variables Academic qualification, training and experience, as the results of the study indicated that there is a high possibility of employing a smart phone in distance training for English language teachers in the basic instruction stage.
