تقويم كتاب الغذاء والصحة للصف الثامن بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمحلية جبل أولياء

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة

تهدف هذه الدراسة لتقويم كتاب الغذاء والصحة للصف الثامن مرحلة الأساس. من حيث أهدافه ومحتواه وطرق التدريس المتبعة والوسائل المستخدمة والأنشطة المقترحة وأساليب تقويمه.

وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي . وتمت الدراسة على مجتمعين بمحلية جبل أولياء ، الأولى معلمي ومعلمات كتاب الغذاء والصحة والبالغ عددهم (71) ، والمجتمع الثاني موجهي وموجهات مادة الغذاء والصحة البالغ عددهم (13) ومن هذين المجتمعين تم اشتقاق عينتين الأولى من المعلمين والمعلمات بعدد (53) والثانية (6) من الموجهين والموجهات ، وقد استخدم الباحث الاستبانة والمقابلة كأداتين لجمع المعلومات .

وقد استخدم الباحث برنامج ( SPSS) في المعالجات الإحصائية لإيجاد الوسط الحسابي والنسب المئوية لتحليل الاستبانة .

ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة :

1- أهداف الكتاب مكتوبة وواضحة وتسهم في تحقيق أهداف مرحلة الأساس.

2- المحتوى يحقق الأهداف التعليمية المرجوة منه .

3- أكثر الوسائل استخداما في تدريس الكتاب هي السبورة الطباشيرية.

4- أساليب التقويم في الكتاب تراعى الفروق الفردية بين التلاميذ.

5- يوجد تنوع في طرق وأساليب التدريس .

وتقدمت الدراسة بتوصيات كانت أهمها :

1- ضرورة توفير وسائل التدريس بالمدارس .

2- توفير مرشد للمعلمين .

3- ضرورة تأهيل وتدريب المعلمين على الوسائل الحديثة للتدريس .

4- العمل على زيادة المادة العلمية فيما يختص بالأمراض التناسلية .

Abstract

This research aimed at evaluating a textbook entitled "Food and Health", the book is designed for Basic Education, class8. The research is concerned with objectives, content, the teaching methods, and teaching Aids adopted.

The researcher has adopted the descriptive method. The research was conducted with two populations at Jebel Aulia. The first population comprises (71) male and female teachers who reach textbook, while the second population comprises (13) female and male subject inspectors for food and Health textbook. Out of these two populations, two researches samples have been chosen. The first sample represented (53) male and Female teachers while the second research sample represented (6) Male and Female inspectors. The questionnaires and interviews have been used as a research tool for collecting data.

The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) has been used for handling statistical issues such as mean and parentages for analysis of questionnaire.

The study has arrived at the following results:

1. The objectives of the textbook are written clear and help in achieving the objectives of the Basic level.

2. The syllable achieves it is educational goals.

3. Chalk board is the most widely used teaching Aid for teaching the textbook.

4. The evaluation methods of the textbook take into account the individual differences between pupils.

5. There are variations in the teaching methods used.

The study has presented the following recommendations:

1. Teaching Aids should be made available at schools.

2. There is a need to have a teacher's guide.

3. Teacher should be trained on the modern teaching Aids.

4. There is a need to increase the subject matter of sexually transmitted diseases.
