Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناولت الدراسة واقع الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل العلمية في مكتبة كلية علوم الحاسوب وتقانة المعلومات جامعة النيلين ، وطرق تطبيق الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل العلمية والكشف عن أهم دوافع تطبيقها ، ومدى توافر متطلبات الارشفة الالكترونية ، اما المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق أرشفة الرسائل العلمية ، عدم وجدود تصور مقترح لتطوير واقع الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل العلمية بمكتبة الجامعية وعدد الرسائل الجامعية المتوافرة بالمكتبة وصلت ارقاماً كبيرة قد تفوق العديد من الرسائل تنوعت بين رسائل الماجستير والدكتوراه باللغتين العربية والانجليزية، كما تنوعت أشكالها ما بين رسائل ورقية، ورسائل إلكترونية ، كذلك أوضحت النتائج تأخر المكتبة في إتاحة الرسائل العلمية على شبكة الانترنت نتيجة لغياب التخطيط والدراسة الكافية لمشروع الارشفة الالكترونية بالمكتبة ، كما أتضح أن هناك مجموعة من المعوقات التي تواجه المكتبة عند تطبيق الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل العلمية ، منها المعوقات الامنية ، وعدم توفر الكوادر البشرية المؤهلة في مجال الارشفة الالكترونية ، إضافة إلى حقوق الملكية الفكرية للباحثين وقد خرجت الدراسة بتصور مقترح لتطوير واقع الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل العلمية بالمكتبة، وقدمت مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها : إنشاء قسم مستقل الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل العلمية يتولى الاشراف على تشغيل وتطوير مشروع الارشفة الالكترونية ، ووضع خطة محددة وواضحة لمشروع ، وضرورة اتجاه نحو المشاريع التعاونية في مجال الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل العلمية ، خاصة في ظل تعدد مشاريع الارشفة الألكترونية ، و توسيع نطاق مجموعات الرسائل الجامعية المتاحة للمستفيدين ، فتم اقتراح عمل موقع الإلكتروني عبر شبكة الإنترنت للجامعة .القيام ببعض الخدمات التي يمكن تنفيذها بدون الحاجة للذهاب للموقع الجغرافي .كما تسهل عملية البحث والتعديل في قاعدة البيانات واستخراج البيانات والتقارير المطلوبة فى اقل وقت ممكن واقل جهد
