دور الــــــــشركات الـــــــخاصة في الإنتاج و تـــخفيف حـــــــدة الـــــبطالة في الـــــسودان

Abstract

الـــــــــمستخلص : يتناول موضوع البحث دور الشركات الخاصة في الإنتاج وتخفيف حدة البطالة في السودان بدراسة حالة مصنع كابو للألبان في الفترة من 2010م الي2016م حيث يتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في توصيف بيانات الدراسة وإستخدام المقابلة الشخصية. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في إنخفاض مساهمة القطاع الخاص في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وتفاقم مشكلة البطالة في السودان وهدفت الدراسة الي تحليل الإثر الإقتصادي لشركات القطاع الخاص ومدي مساهمتها في الإنتاج وتخفيف حدة البطالة. وتوصلت الدراسة الي أن الشركات الخاصة تساهم مساهمة فاعلة في زيادة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وتوفير فرص عمل ومن أهم التوصيات التي يوصي بها أن يتم الإهتمام بتوفير البيئة الملائمة للقطاع الخاص والحث علي إستخدام التقنية الحديثة وتسهيل استيرادها وتشجيع الإسثمار الداخلي.

Abstract This research discusses the role of the private sector companies in production and their contribution in reducing unemployment in Sudan snapped case study Cabo milk factory from 2010 up to 2016 by using descriptive and analytical approach in data characterization and personal interview. The problem has been represented in the study, the low contribution of the private sector in GDP and the worsening unemployment problem in Sudan, the study aimed to analyze the economic Impact of private sector companies and their contribution in production and in reducing unemployment. the outcome of this study is that private companies has an active contribution to increasing GDP and provide jobs, finally the most important recommendations is to provide an appropriate environment for the private sector and encourage the use of modern technology and to facilitate the import and encourage inward investment.
