نظام الكتروني لمحاسبة شركات التضامن

Abstract

مستخلص البحث: يتطرق هذا البحث لدراسة المشاكل التي تعانى منها شركات التضامن وكيفية علاجها ، ذلك من خلال تصميم نظام إلكتروني لمحاسبة شركات التضامن يتم من خلاله إدارة نشاط الشركة وعمليات الشركاء ,وتصفية الشركة ,كما يتناول بعض المواضيع المتعلقة بالبحث كالتعريف بالمحاسبة المالية و مفهوم نظم المعلومات المحاسبية. لقد تم دراسة نظام محاسبة شركات التضامن ابتدأ من جمع معلومات عن محاسبة شركات التضامن ثم تحليل هذه المعلوماتبلغة uml بعد ذلك تم تصميم النظام وبرمجته بواسطة php وAjaxو Java Script ليصبحنظاما لإدارة شركات التضامن وربط هذه الشركات بفروعها ، واستخراج كل التقارير المطلوبةعن الشركة ونشاطها بالإضافة لتقارير الشركاء و عمليات الشركاء التي تتمثل في عملية سداد راس المال الشركاء والتغير في حصص راس المال اضافة لمسحوبات وقروض الشركاء وفوائدها ،كذلك عملية انضمام الشركاء وعملية انفصال الشركاء .ذلك لتيسير العمل المحاسبي في شركات التضامن و تمكين الشركاء من إدارة شركاتهم بأنفسهم من أجل ضمان نجاح هذه الشركات التضامنية التي تقوم علي اساس الثقة بين الشركاء لتحقيق الارباح وتوزيعها بين الشركاء . بعد الانتهاء من دراسة هذا النظام استنتج ان النظام يتسم بالمرونة والدقة في ادخال البيانات واستخراج التقارير ،فضلا عن ادارة النشاط المالي للشركة والشركاء .

Abstract This research deals with the study of the problems dogging the companies solidarity and how to treat them, through an electronic system designed to hold companies accountable solidarity, through which the management company's activities and operations partners, also addresses some of the issues related to financial accounting and accounting information systems concept. It has been studying accounting system companies solidarity starting from gathering information about accounting firms solidarity then analyzing this information, and then the system has been designed and programmed to become a system for the management of corporates solidarity and linking these companies with their branches, and extract all the required reports about the company and its activities in addition to the reports of the partners and operations of partners that is in the process of repayment of capital partners and the change in the share capital in addition to withdrawals and loans to partners and their benefits, as well as the process of accession of the partners and the process of separation of the partners. So as to facilitate the work of accounting in Solidarity companies and enable partners to manage their companies by themselves in order to ensure the success of these companies solidarity which is based on trust between the partners to achieve profits and distributed among the partners. After accomplish this study, we concluded that the system is flexible and accurate data entry and extraction of reports, as well as the management of the financial activity of the company and partners, and it is necessary to continue in the study to include corporate mergers and liquidation of companies’ solidarity.
