الجهود الدولية للحد من مشاركة الاطفال في النزاعات المسلحة

Abstract

المستخلص: التعرف على مفهوم ان الاطفال غير مساهمين في نشوء الحروب وان هنالك اضرار تنشاء جرا هذه الحروب. هذا المفهوم يساهم في عملية السعي لقصر هذه الاضرار والاثار على المشاركين فيها دون سواءهم، كما ان الاطفال في حاجة الى قوانين وضوابط اكثر إلزاماً تحميهم وتحافظ على سلامتهم وعدم تعرضهم لاضرار الحرب واثارها، وتمنع اقحامهم فيها، وان اختلاف الثقافات والمعتقدات والعادات والتقاليد يؤدي الى تباين في وضع القوانين والضوابط التي تحمي الاطفال من اضرار واثار الحروب وعدم اقحامهم فيها، ويقتضي التطرق لهذا الموضوع وتحديد حماية افضل تلائم الطفل ويسعى هذا البحث لتطوير هذه القواعد والضوابط والقوانين لصالحهم.

Abstract To recognize the concept that children are not contributing to wars and that there is damage due to these wars. This concept contributes to the process of seeking to limit these damages and effects on the participants without them, as children need more binding laws and controls to protect them and maintain their safety and not to be exposed to the damages and effects of war, and prevent their involving them in it, and that different cultures, beliefs and customs and tradition leads to a diverse in the development of laws and controls that protect children from the damage and effects of war and not involving children in it and requires addressing this issue and identifying better protection suitable for the child and seeking to develop these rules, controls and laws in their favor.
