Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدارسة دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في عملية الدمج المدرسي لأطفال التوحد. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤلات التالية: هل دمج أطفال التوحد في المدارس مع اقرانهم العاديين يحقق الذات؟ ما هي الاتجاهات السالبة لدي الاخصائي الاجتماعي في دمج أطفال التوحد من وجهة نظر الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين؟ هل الدمج يؤدي إلى تقليل الفوارق الاجتماعية بين أطفال التوحد والأطفال العاديين؟ ما دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في الدمج المدرسي لأطفال التوحد؟ هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تحقيق الذات لأطفال التوحد عند دمجهم في المدارس مع اقرانهم العاديين، تسليط الضوء على الاتجاهات السالبة لدي الاخصائي الاجتماعي في دمج أطفال التوحد من وجهة نظر الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين، التعرف على مدى تحقيق الدمج إلى تقليل الفوارق الاجتماعية بين أطفال التوحد والأطفال العاديين، التعرف على دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في الدمج المدرسي لأطفال التوحد. أتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. توصلت الدارسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: دمج أطفال التوحد في المدارس العامة لا تحقق الذات، الاتجاهات السالبة للاخصائيين الاجتماعيين تؤدي إلى عدم نجاح عملية الدمج المدرسي لاطفال التوحد، الدمج المدرسي لاطفال التوحد يؤدي إلى تقليل الفوارق بين أطفال التوحد والأطفال العاديين، يلعب الاخصائي الاجتماعي دور مهم في عملية الدمج المدرسي لاطفال التوحد. أوصت الدراسة بعلى الجهات المعنية ضرورة تدريب الاخصائي الاجتماعي على ترك الاعتقاد السالب تجاه أطفال التوحد عند تعاملهم معهم في مراكز التوحد وعند دمجهم في المدارس، ضرورة عمل وزارة التربية والتعليم على تسريع عملية الدمج المدرسي لاطفال التوحد ليؤدي إلى تقليل الفوارق بينهم والأطفال العاديين، ضرورة قيام الاخصائي الاجتماعي بدوره في عملية الدمج المدرسي لاطفال التوحد.

Abstract The study dealt with the role of the social worker in the school integration process for children with autism. The problem of the study consisted in the following questions: Is the integration of autistic children in schools with their normal peers self-fulfilling? What are the negative trends of the social worker in integrating autistic children from the point of view of social workers? Does integration lead to reducing social differences between children with autism and normal children? What is the role of the social worker in the school integration of children with autism? The study aimed to identify the extent of self-realization of autistic children when integrating them in schools with their normal peers, highlighting the negative trends of social workers in integrating autistic children from the point of view of social workers, identifying the extent to which integration achieves reducing social differences between autistic children and normal children. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the integration of autistic children in public schools does not achieve self-realization, the negative attitudes of social workers lead to the failure of the school integration process for autistic children, the school integration of autistic children leads to a reduction in the differences between autistic children and normal children, the social worker plays an important role In the process of school integration for children with autism.
