dc.description.abstract | This work is a discussion of some of the fundamental ideas involved in current work on the nonlinear theory of hydrodynamic stability. It also describes the hydrodynamic stability of nonlinear waves , the logistic equation in the theory of population growth, bifurcation theory, structural stability, energy method and maximum and minimum energy in vortex motion. The work also suggests a thermal stability, convective stability, based on the equations of motion and particular stability characteristics. | en_US |
