Abstract

Abstract This research discuss the output of investment in Training at N.E.C from 2001 to 2007 and that through three hypothesis, although the N.E.C has plans and programs for training but the output can't be scored. 1. The deficit in training lead to decrease capability of the a distractive unit. 2. The N.E.C gain higher benefits the cost. 3. The budget of training as can is : 4. Usually increasing, but there is no actual additional value. This study follow the description al , historical & analytical method which describe the facts that related to the subject and also the method of finding out by logical thinking and this will be through confirming the hypothesis and using the statistical huddles (SPSS) to analyses the questionnaire to come out with that there training will really assist to define the goals easy this can be clear and very clear in the program of the N.E.C so the national electrical corporation considered one of the best those execute many of the human resource programs with a reparable budget . The study requests the following: 1. In courage the promotional programs and modern methods and creative steps by making it easier in the working field. 2. To make compaction between departments and administrations and reward the teals employee. 3. To give care for the team-work to promote output. 4. Importance of measuring the effectiveness or efficiency of training and to which extend that made use of it in human resources.
