التخطيط العمراني في الجزيرة أبا

Abstract

مخلص البحث : تناول البحث التخطيط العمراني في منطقة الجزيرة أبا من حيث تأثير المقاومات الطبيعية و البشرية في التخطيط العمراني سلبا وايجابا ، واستغلالها في تطوير المنطقة مع ابراز دور الكادر البشري المتمثل في اهم حلقات التقدم الحضري و الحضاري لربط هذه المقومات لخلق بيئة ملائمة له مع الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد المتاحة. مفترضة عدد من الفرضيات وصولاً لأهداف الدراسة. وتم استخدام عدد من المناهج العلمية وسائل ميدانية لجمع المعلومات و البيانات منها الاستبيان المرفق اخر البحث. في أربعة فصول وخاتمة حيث تناول الفصل الأول خطة البحث وإجراءاته المنهجية و الفصل الثاني طرح تأثير المقومات الطبيعية و البشرية على التخطيط العمراني في المنطقة ثم تناول الفصل الثالث التخطيط العمراني في منطقة الدراسة و نشأتها عمرانيا و اقتصاديا واداريا و المعوقات التي وأجهت المخططين واهم المزايا. أما الفصل الرابع جاء حاويا نموذج تخطيطي يعد من الأهمية بمكان إعادة تخطيطه وهو الطريق الداخل لمنطقة الدراسة والذي يربط المنطقة شمالاً وجنوبا وينقل السكان ومنتجاتهم الزراعية و الرعوية وفيه طرحت الحالة العامة للطريق وابرز المعوقات وأختتم البحث بالنتائج و التوصيات.

Abstract The study dealt with urban planning in aba island and the father the stages of development and ingredients that have affaected pkanning process positively and negatively. And exploitation of highlighting role of human beings in most important episodes of urban cultural progress in linking natural anf human factors to create favorable environment with optimum utilization of resources. The assumed number assumptions and down to goals of study and it used means and methods to collect information, including questionnaire last search. In four chapters and a conclusion. Where he first talked about research plan methodology and procedures in secong put impact of natural and human components of planning in region. In third he talked about planning in region inception urban administratively and economically. The process of re-planning constrains and advantages of experienced planners. In fourth important application model eating a way of its importance in linking city's north and south and transfer of population and agricultural production of general situation and obstacles then concluded research findings and recommendations.
