أثر السياسات الصناعية على رفع كفاءة الآداء بالقطاع الصناعي (دراسة بالتطبيق علي شركة سيقا للصناعات الغذائية) الفترة (2020م – 2015م)

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة تناولت الدراسة أثر السياسات الصناعية على رفع كفاءة الأداء بالقطاع الصناعي. طرحت الدراسة التساؤل التالي: إلى أي مدى ساعدت السياسات الصناعية في رفع كفاءة الأداء والإنتاجية بالقطاع الصناعي في السودان؟ هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى إسهامات السياسات الصناعية في كفاءة و فعالية أداء قطاع صناعة الأغذية في السودان، التعرف على مدى نجاح السياسات الصناعية في رفع معدل الإنتاجية في القطاع الصناعي في السودان، التعرف على مدى مساهمة الإنتاج الغذائي المحلي في تحقيق الإكتفاء الذاتي من الغذاء وتصدير الفائض. إفترضت الدراسة أن: هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين السياسات الصناعة المطبقة وكفاءة الأداء لصناعة الأغذية في السودان، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين السياسات الصناعية المطبقة والإستثمار في مجال صناعة الغذاء في السودان ، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين السياسات الصناعية المطبقة والإنتاجية في قطاع صناعة الغذاء في السودان، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإنتاج الغذائي المحلي والإكتفاء الذاتي من الغذاء . إتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي كما تم إستخدام إستبيان لجمع المعلومات الخاصة بالدراسة وتم تحليلها عن طريق إستخدام برنامج (SPSS). توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: السياسات الصناعية المتبعة لا تعمل على تطوير القطاع الصناعي في السودان ، السياسات الصناعية تزيد الإعتماد على الذات وخفض الإعتماد على الخارج ، وأن الدولة لا تعطي أولوية لقطاع الصناعات في الإمداد الكهربائي. أوصت الدراسة الجهات المسؤولة عن تطوير الصناعة في السودان بوضع سياسات صناعية واضحة تؤدي إلى رفع كفاءة آداء و تطوير ذلك القطاع الهام ، و إعطاء أولوية لقطاع الصناعة في الطاقة المحركة و الإمداد الكهربائي. على الباحثين إجراء بحوث مستقبلية عن هذا الموضوع لما له من أهمية كبري في تطوير القطاع الصناعي في البلاد.

Abstract The study dealt with the impact of industrial policies on raising the efficiency of performance in the industrial sector. The study raised the following question: To what extent did industrial policies help in raising the efficiency of performance and productivity in the industrial sector in Sudan? The study aimed to identify the extent of the contributions of industrial policies to the effective performance of the food industry sector in Sudan, to identify the extent of the success of industrial policies in raising the productivity rate in the industrial sector in Sudan, to identify the extent to which local food production contributes to achieving food self-sufficiency and exporting the surplus. The study assumed that: There is a statistically significant relationship between the applied industrial policies and the performance efficiency of the food industry in Sudan. There is a statistically significant relationship between the applied industrial policies and investment in the food industry in Sudan. There is a statistically significant relationship between the applied industrial policies and productivity in the food industry sector in Sudan. There is a statistically significant relationship between local food production and food self-sufficiency. The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and a questionnaire was used to collect information about the study, and it was analyzed using the (SPSS) program. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The industrial policies followed do not develop the industrial sector in Sudan. Industrial policies increase self-reliance and reduce dependence on the outside. The state does not give priority to the industrial sector in the electrical supply. The study recommended the authorities responsible for the development of industry in Sudan to set clear industrial policies that lead to the development of that sector. The state should give priority to the industries sector in the electrical supply. Also, researchers should conduct future research on this subject because of its importance in developing the industrial sector in the country.
