مستخلص البحث تناول البحث أساليب الممارسة العامة في عالج مشكالت التأخر الدراسي لتالميذ مدارس الاساس، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في اإلجابة على التساؤلات التالية: ما هو إدراك الأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي لمدخل الممارسة العامة ؟ ما أهم الحتياجات المعرفية للأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي في إطار مدخل الممارسة العامة؟ ما هي أهم الاحتياجات القيمية للأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي في إطار مدخل الممارسة العامة ؟ ما هي أهم الاحتياجات المهارية للأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي في إطار مدخل الممارسة العامة؟ ما البرنامج التدريبي المقترح للأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي في إطار مدخل الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية ؟ هدف البحث للتعرف على مدى إدراك الأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي لمدخل الممارسة العامة فى الخدمة الاجتماعية. قياس الاحتياجات التدريبية للأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي في إطار مدخل الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية. تاريخيا بمدارس الجودة، و المنهج الوصفي باعتباره استخدم البحث المنهج التاريخي لتتبع مشكلات التحصيل الدراسي يقوم بعملية الوصف والتحليل الوصفي لحالت الضعف المدرسي وتفسير وتحليل كل المعلومات بهدف الوصول إلى نتائج إيجابية. و المنهج الستقرائي ليقوم بالربط بين المعلومات التي توصل إليها الباحث واإلحصاءات المتوفرة بالمدرسة. استخدمت الباحثة األسلوب اإلحصائي وذلك من خالل إيجاد المعلومات الخاصة بالبحث والعمل على تحليل هذه المعلومات والخروج منها بنتائج، طرحت الدراسة التساؤلت التالية: هل توجد عالقة إيجابية بين استخدام أساليب الممارسة العامة وعالج مشكالت التأخر الدراسي؟(، كسؤال أساسي ويتفرع منه التساؤلات التالية: هل استخدام أساليب الممارسة العامة تساعد التلميذ بالمدرسة؟ هل أساليب الممارسة العامة تساهم في النمو الجتماعي للتالميذ؟هل أساليب الممارسة العامة تحسن المستوى الدراسي للتالميذ.؟. توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أوضحت الدراسة أن الاخصائي الاجتماعي داخل المدرسة يقوم بمهام التربية الاجتماعية وذلك من خالل التعاون مع األسرة. أثبتت الدراسة أن األخصائي الجتماعي يقوم بمساعدة التالميذ في تكوين الجمعيات التطوعية داخل المدرسة وذلك بتحفيزهم في عمل الخير لمساعدة التالميذ الذين يحتاجون لكل من الكتب واألقالم والدفاتر المدرسية. أوضحت الدراسة أن الاخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي يقوم بمعالجة المشكالات األسرية مع التالميذ وذلك من خالل الاخذ بمبدأ السرية دارة المدرسة. أوصى البحث بعدة توصيات أهمها: بالتعاون مع الاسرة و أقامت مزيد من الدور ات التدريبية والتنشيطية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين خاصة عن أساليب الممارسة مع الحالات المعقدة، ضرورة تضمين حصة توجيه رشاد اجتماعي في جدول الحصص األسبوعي. وا ضرورة وجود األخصائي اإلجتماعى فى المدارس لسيما مدارس البنين 6

The research general practice methods in the treatment of underachievement of pupils of primary schools problems, represented the research problem in answering the following questions: What is the awareness of the social worker to the school entrance general practice? What are the main knowledge needs for social specialist school in the framework of general practice entrance? What are the most important values of social needs specialist school in the framework of general practice entrance? What is the most important skill for social needs specialist school in the framework of general practice entrance? What the proposed training program for social specialist school in the framework of the general practice of social service entrance?
The research aims to find out how to recognize the social worker to the school entrance general practice in social service. Measuring the training needs of the school social worker in the framework of the general practice of social service entrance. Use the search historical method to keep track of academic achievement problems historically quality schools, and the descriptive approach as the process of description and descriptive analysis of cases of school weakness, interpretation and analysis of all the information in order to reach positive results. The inductive approach to the link between the information reached by the researcher available to school statistics. There is a positive relationship between general practice and methods to improve the academic level of the students. The research found the following findings: The study showed that the social worker inside the school serves as the social education through cooperation with the family. The study demonstrated that the social worker is helping students in the formation of voluntary associations within the school and motivate it to do good to help students who need both books, pens and school books. The study showed that the school social worker is handling family problems with students through the introduction of the principle of confidentiality in cooperation with the family and the school administration. Find recommended several recommendations, including: set up more training and refresher courses for social workers for private practice methods with complex cases, the need to include guidance and counseling for social stake in the weekly quota table.
