تصميم وتقييم نظام التخليص الجمركي(اسكودا) بإستخدام تصميم خبرة المستخدم

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة هذا البحث هو محاولة لعمل نموذج لقياس خبرة المستخدم لنظام الجمركي . قدم الباحث الانطباع والمزاج والعاطفه والتاثير والقدرة علي التعلم والجاذبية .عباره عن السمات التي تؤثر علي خبرة المستخدم لنظام الجمركي الغرض الإساسي من نظام الجمركي علي شبكة الانترنت هو تقديم المعرفة وتبادل المعلومات ومساعدة الموظفين في انشطة العمل بطريقة فعالة وكفؤة من خلال ادخال التقنيات المقدمة . مع ذلك خبرة المستخدم هي درجة من هذة الانظمة التي تمكن المستخدم من الاستخدام الفعال والمرضي (المريح ) في سياق محدد من الاستخدام هو احد التحديات التي تواجة تصميم هذة الانظمة تم إختبار النموذج والتحقق منة تجربيآ بالاعتماد علي البيانات التي تم جمعها من النظام الجمركي- هيئة الجمارك السودانية أظهرت نتائج التقيم أن الانطباع والجاذبية تؤثر علي خبرة المستخدم لنظام الجمركي .والعاطفة والمزاج يؤثر علي خبرة المستخدم لنظام الجمركي كما أظهرت النتائج ان العمر والجنس ومستوي الخبرة يؤثر علي خبرة المستخدم لنظام الجمركي

Abstract This research is an attempt to model the UX metrics of customs system .The researcher introduced impression , attractive ,mood ,emotion ,effect, learn ability ,as the attributes that affect the UX of customs system. The main purpose of web based customs system is to deliver knowledge ,share information and help employee in their working activities in an effective and efficient way by involving advanced electronic technologies . However, the UX of these systems is the degree to enable the users to usability in effectively ,efficiency and with satisfaction in specified context of use ,is the one of challenges that face the design of these system. The model was tested and verified empirically based on data collected from an customs system for the Sudanese customs Authority The results of evaluation showed that the impression ,attractive and mood affect the UX of customs system. The results also showed that the learnability ,emotion ,mood ,affects the UX of customs system .The results also showed that the Age , Gender , Level of experience affects the UX of customs system.
