Knowledge’s of Nurses and Midwives Regarding Mothers Care of Premature Rupture of Membranes at Tow Maternity Hospitals in Sudan form September to April 2019

| dc.description.abstract | Background: the role of nurse regarding care of premature rupture of membrane patients it is very important, related to nurse assessment, follow up, evaluation, and health education for the patient. Therefore, the nurse knowledge regarding care of them must be fully and strong. Objective: to assess the knowledge of nurses and midwives regarding care of premature rupture of membrane patients. Method: a descriptive hospital based study design, conducted at Elsoudi and Omdurman maternity hospitals in Khartoum Sudan, among 70 nurses and midwives from antenatal words were enrolled. Data collected by structural self-administered questionnaire, analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25, and presented in tables and figures. Result: the findings revealed that 60% of participants had a bacloria in nursing sciences, common age between (26-30) years 47% and most of them had had experience (2-3) years. The knowledge of nurses and midwives regarding care of premature rupture of membrane patients was very good 77.9%. Conclusion: According to the results, participant’s knowledge is very good but they had deficit in health education. Recommendations: the researcher recommended that training courses should be enhance. الخلفية :- أن الرعاية التمريضية التى تقدم بالعناية لمريض الإنفجار المبكر للكيس الأمنيوسي مهمة للغاية ، وذلك لما تقوم به الممرضة والقابلة للمتابعة وتقيم وتثقيف وذلك يجب أن تكون معلومات الممرضة والقابلة مكتملة وقوية . الهدف : لتقيم معلومات الممرضة والقابلة عن العناية التى يجب أن تقدم لمريض الإنفجار المبكر للكيس الأمنيوسي . الطريقة : هذه الدراسة وصفية ، أجريت في مستشفيات الولادة بولاية الخرطوم – السودان ، شملت 70 ممريضة وقابلة ، جمعت البيانات والإستبانة المستخدمة ذاتياً ، تم تحليل البيانات بإستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية الإصدار رقم (25) ثم عرضت في شكل جداول ورسم بياني . النتائج : أوضحت النتائج ان 60% من المبعوثين لديهم بكلاريوس في علوم التمريض ، 47% منهم تتراوح أعمارهم (26-30م) ومعظمهم لديهم خبرة تتراوح بين ( 2 – 3 سنوات) ، معلومات الممرضة والقابلة إتجاه الرعاية التى تقدم لمريض الإنفجار المبكر للكيس الأمنيوسي كانت جيد جداً بمعدل 77.9% . الخلاصة : وفقاً لما أظهرته النتائج ، معلومات المدروسين كانت جيد جداً ولكن لديهم نقص في المعلومات في ما يخص التثقيف الصحي . التوصيات : يوصي الباحث بزيادة وتكثيف التدريب لتقوية المهارات العملية . | en_US |
