Abstract

خلاصة تناول هذا البحث الجانب العملي لتطبيق الشريعة في علمي طبي ، تكمن أهمية البحث في الوصول الوسائل العملية لاستنباط الأحكام لما هو مستجد من الطب حوادث من القواعد الأصولية القائمة ؛ حيث مشكلة كانت الدراسة سؤالاً رئيسياً حول ما هو الإطار العلمي لتطبيق نصوص الشريعة في الجديد. كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة للتعريف بالأمراض الطبية ، بدءًا من أهمية تجذير وإبراز اتساع الشريعة وشمولها أحكام للتطورات الجديدة والأمراض الطبية ، والاستجابة لها متطلبات العصر واستيعاب منتج ثورة علمية إنسانية ، ومن ثم إيجاد منهجية لـ الاعتبار والاجتهاد في الأمراض الطبية. سعت الدراسة إلى يحقق هدفه بمجموعة من الأدوات حيث يقوم بالوصف التحليلي طريقة اعتمدت طريقة علمية تتبع أسسها و من أجل الوصول إلى النتائج العلمية التي يمكن تعميمها. يتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة وخمسة فصول وأ الاستنتاج ، مع التركيز ، من بين أمور أخرى ، على مراحل النظر وتصورات الحكم في القضايا الناشئة والكوارث. ال توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها ذلك تصوير النزلة بيان لواقعها كما هي في الواقع ، مع ذكر كل ما يتعلق به مما يؤثر على الحكم ، في ضوء نتائج الدراسة ، توصي الدراسة أن الباحثين وطلاب العلوم يجب ألا يتسرعوا في إصدار إبداء الرأي في نزلة النزلة قبل استكمال المطلوب أدوات التصور ، والوصول إلى درجة اليقين أو الغلبة في تصور النزلة ، كان البحث اختتمت بقائمة من المصادر والمراجع Abstract This research dealt with the practical side of the application of Sharia in medical scientific, the importance of the research lies in reaching practical means to derive judgments for what is emerging from medical accidents from the existing fundamentalist rules; where the problem of the study was a major question about what is the scientific framework for the application of Sharia texts in the new. The aim of this study was to introduce medical diseases, starting with the importance of their rooting, highlighting the breadth of the Sharia and the coverage of its provisions for new developments and medical diseases, responding to the requirements of the Times and absorbing the product of the Humanitarian Scientific Revolution, and then finding a methodology for consideration and diligence in medical diseases. The study sought to achieve its goal with a set of tools, where the descriptive analytical method adopted a scientific method that follows its foundations and principles in order to reach scientific findings that can be generalized. This research consists of an introduction, five chapters and a conclusion, focusing on, among other things, the stages of consideration and perceptions of judgment in emerging issues and disasters. The study reached a number of findings, the most important of which is that the imaging of the catarrh is a statement of its reality as it is in reality, with the mention of all related to it, which has an impact on the judgment, in light of the findings of the study, the study recommends that researchers and students of science should not rush to issue an opinion about the catarrh of the catarrh before completing the required visualization tools, and reaching the degree of certainty or predominance in the perception of the catarrh, the research was concluded with a list of sources and reference
