Abstract

ﻤﺴﺘﺨﻠﺺ ﻣﺷﻛﻠﺔ اﻟﺑﺣث أن اﻟﻧظﺎم اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺧدم ﻓﻲ ﻣﺳﺗﺷﻔﻲ اﻟدوﯾم ﻧظﺎم ﯾدوي وﻣن اﻟﻣﻌﻠوم أن اﻟﻧظﺎم اﻟﯾدوي ﺗﻌﺗرﯾﻪ ﻛﺛﯾر ﻣن اﻟﻣﺷﺎﻛل واﻟﻌﯾوب ﻣﺛل ﺗﺧزﯾن اﻟﻣﻠﻔﺎت اﻟورﻗﯾﺔ ﺗﺣﺗﺎج إﻟﻲ ﻣﺳﺎﺣﺎت أﯾﺿﺎ ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺔ اﻟﺗﺳﺟﯾل رﺑﻣﺎ ﺗﺣﺗوي ﻋﻠﻲ أﺧطﺎء . اﻟﻬدف ﻣن اﻟﺑﺣث ﺑﻧﺎء ﻧظﺎم اﻟﻛﺗروﻧﻲ ﺑدﻻً ﻣن اﻟﻧظﺎم اﻟورﻗﻲ وﺗﺣوﯾل اﻟﺳﺟﻼت اﻟطﺑﯾﺔ اﻟﻲ إﻟﻛﺗروﻧﯾﺔ وﺟﻌل ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺎت اﻟﺗﺳﺟﯾل أﻛﺛر ﻣروﻧﺔ ﻣن ﺧﻼل اﻟﻣﻔﺎﻫﯾم اﻟﻣﺗﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻌﺎﻣل ﻣﻊ اﻟوﯾب ﺧﻼل اﻟﺣﺎﺳوب واﻻﺗﺻﺎل ﺑﻪ. ﻟﻘد ﻗﻣت ﺑﺗﺻﻣﯾم ﻧظﺎم إﻟﻛﺗروﻧﻲ ﯾﻌﻣل ﻓﻲ ﺑﯾﺋﺔ اﻻﻧﺗــرﻧت ﻛﺑدﯾل ﻟﻠﻧظﺎم اﻟﻘدﯾم )اﻟﯾدوي( وﻗد أﺗﺑﻌت ﻣﻧﻬﺟﻲ ة اﻟﺗﺣﻠﯾل واﻟﺗﺻﻣﯾم الﻣﺗﺟﻪ ﻧﺣو اﻟكاﺋن ﺑﻬدف اﻟوﺻول إﻟﻲ ﺣل ﻣﺷﻛﻠﺔ اﻟﻧظﺎم اﻟﯾدوي ﻓﻲ ﺟﻣﻊ اﻟﺑﯾﺎﻧﺎت وواﺟﻬﺎت SQL واﻟﻣﻌوﻣﺎت وﺗﺷﺧﯾص ٕواﺟارءات اﻟﻧظﺎم اﻟﻣﺣوﺳب.وﻛﺎﻧت اﻻﺳﺗﻔﺎدة ﻣن ﻗواﻋد ﺑﯾﺎﻧﺎت ﺑﻐرض ﺗوﻓﯾر ﻧظﺎم ﯾﺧرج ﻣﻌﻠوﻣﺎت وﺗﻘﺎرﯾر ﻧظﺎم اﻟﺳﺟل اﻟطﺑﻲ وﯾوﻓر ﺣﻣﺎﯾﺔ ﺗﻣﻧﻊ ﻣن اﻟدﺧول PHPال ﻏﯾر اﻟﻣﺻرح ﺑﻪ ﻟﻣﻠﻔﺎت اﻟﻧظﺎم ،وﯾﻣﻧﻊ اﻟﺗﻼﻋب ﻓﻲ ﺑﯾﺎﻧﺎت اﻟﻧظﺎم وﺣﻣﺎﯾﺗﻪ ﻣن اﻟﺿﯾﺎع واﻟﺗﻠف، ﻛﻣﺎ ﯾوﻓر اﻟﺳرﻋﺔ واﻟدﻗﺔ واﻷﻣﻧﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ إﺟارء اﻟﻌﻣﻠﯾﺎت . وأﺧﯾار ﺗﺟﻧﺑت ﻛل اﻟﻘﺻور ﻓﻲ اﻟﻧظﺎم اﻟﻘدﯾم "ﺗداول اﻟﻣﻠﻔﺎت "ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ إﻟﻲ ﺗزوﯾدﻩ ﺑﻣﯾازت أﺧري ، ﻟﯾﺻﺑﺢ اﻟﺟدﯾد أﻛﺛر ﺗﻛﺎﻣﻼً .

ه ABSTRACT We find a problem that the manual system used in a hospital of AL-DWIEM,I known that the manual system suffering from two main problems and defects such as storing paper files so the need of space and security then the registration process may contain errors. The goal of research is to build an electronic system rather than paper-based system and converting to the electronic medical records and make registration more flexible through perfect dealing with the web. I've designed an electronic system works in an online environment as an alternative to the old system (manual). I had followed the object oriented methodology of system analysis and designin order to reach a solution to the manual system problems, so collect information, diagnose and give procedures. Tools used in this research are SQL statements and PHP for the high user interfaces in order to provide a good system output of information and grant perfect protection so preventing unauthorized access to system files and preventing them from loss, over all giving a very high speed for the system operations. Finally, I had avoided all the shortcomings of the old system as well as provide other advantages. That the new system will be more integrated
