Abstract

ان هًخص 5 ان الاعتماد عمي التعميم التقميدي لوحدة يواجو بعض القصور مما يمكن ان يؤثر عمي العممية التعميمية حيث ان ىذا النمط من التعمم لايوجد بو المحتوي التعميمي بصورة الرقمية والذي يمكن ان يعتبر من الوسائل اليامة لدفع العممية التعميمية ،وجعميا متاحة عبر التقنيات الالكترونية المختمفة. ان التعميم الالكتروني ىو طريقة لمتعميم بااستخدام اليات الاتصال الحديثة والشبكات والوسائط المتعددة من اجل ايصال المعمومة لممتعممين باسرع وقت واقل تكمفة وبصورة تمكن من ادارة العممية التعميمية وقياس وتقييم اداء المتعممين ] 1 [ .وليذا استخدمت دول العالم المختمفة ىذا النوع من التعميم مما يساعد عمي تسيىل العممية التعميمية . تعتبر الوسائط المتعددة وسيمة جيدة لعرض المحتوي التعميمي بصورة يسيل بواستطيا توصيل المفاىيم المتعمقة بمحتوي الدرس مما حدي لبناء موقع تعميمي لادارة المصادر التعميمية يحوي مواد تم تصميميا بواسطة برمجيات الوسائط المتعددة . قام الباحث في ىذا البحث في تطوير موقع تعميمي لادارة المصادر التعميمية وجعل التعميم بالطريقة الالكترونية اقرب الي التعميم بالطريقة التقميدية .بدءا بالتعرف عمي النظام الحالي وتحديد مشاكمو المتمثمة في عدم توفر المصادر التعميمية كالكتب والمحاض ا رت وعرضيا بصورة اكثر جاذبية وييدف من ذلك اتاحتيا في اي زمان ومكان ،وير ي ان وجود مثل ىذا النموذج يؤدي الي رفع كفاءة التحصيل واكتساب الوقت والجيد والمال لدي المعمم والمتعمم ، ثم التركيز عمي المحاض ا رت والمقر ا رت التعميمية ، كما قامنا باتباع منيجية موحدة لتطوير ىذة المحاض ا رت بااستخدام برمجيات الوسائط المتعددة وعرض الد ا رسات السابقة ونظم ادارة التعميم الالكتروني واشكال تصف تحميل النظام المقترح مع م ا رعاة تحميل مشاكل ومخرجات ومدخلات وبرمجيات واجيزة وامن النظام وكذلك د ا رسات الجدوي لمنظام ، وبناءا عمي ىذا التحميل تم بناء جداول النظام وقاموس البيانات ،ثم تصميم وتطوير النظام المقترح مع م ا رعاة اج ا رءات تطويرة ،وبرامج تفاعمية ساعدت عمي جعل الواقع التعميمي اقرب واسيل الي الطالب والاستاذ واخي ا ر تم التطرق لنتائج وكفاءة ونجاح ىذا النظام التعميمي الالكتروني المطور والتوصيات بتبني ىذا النموذج وتطويرة مستقبميا من اجل المواكبة لممستجدات الحديثة. Abstract The dependence on traditional education to unit faces some shortcomings, which can affect the educational process as this style of learning does not have a educational content in digital, 6 which could be considered one of the important means to pay the educational process, and make it available through the techniques of various electronic E-Learning is a method of education by using mechanisms such as modern communication and computer networks and multimedia, to convey information to learners as soon as possible and in less expensive way and to enable the management of the educational process and to measure and assess the performance of learners [2]. For this purpose the various nations of the world used this type of education, which has features that facilitate the educational process in general, there is a need to activate it for various levels of study and develop it, to achieve a better status. This is what the researcher is trying to do in this thesis in an attempt to develop an electronic interactive educational system to make education in the electronic way closer to the traditional way of education. This is done by students in this research in an attempt to develop an interavtive electronic learning system for the management of various educational resources and make education closer to the way e_learning in the traditional way .starting to recognize the current system and identify its problems of lack of educational resources such as book and lectures adequately in the form of digital or electronic,and aims of making it available at any time and place ,and finds that the presence of such a mode leads to raising the efficiency of educational attainment and the acquisition of time,effort and money to the teacher and the learner,and focused on the interest lectures,course and by following the standard methodology for the development of the model. As was exposure to some of the terminology employed and the presentation of previous study of different type of learing and interactive ,evolution and some examples of learning management systems,elearing and interactive,as part of system analysis contains abrief summary of the tools of system analysis. Taking into account the analysis of problems and the system security as well as feasibility studies of the system ,based pn this analysis was to build the system table and date dictionary and then degign and develop the proposed applications to help enhance the process of learning and interactive programs have helped to make educational results were addressed to the efficiency and success of computer science-university of Al - Neelain University,and recommendations to adopt this model and future development in order to
