Abstract

A bstract This'_‘study is devoted_to_the important role that thelegislative authority played and still playing and will play in the Sudan, in different fields of the legislation , supervision , and Planning since 1956 up to “now. The importance of the issue is to focus on their bit role of the legislative authority in general as an authorized element that has the righh to make decisions , and direct the state policy, and the important role that the legislative authority has played through the various historical stages of the Sudan New pars . The study depends on many hypothesis like , ns the distinguish role that the legislative authority played in nearly all the fields in Sudan policy: social, economic, inaddilion to security, the legislative authority has faced great challenges during times but through ancient well managed experiences , it has over come all such difficult disasters and obstacles. This will never reflect the passes on its aims even though they are rare. The study discusses a third hypothesis that the future of the legislative authority will be affected by the types of the political regimes in the Sudan whether parliament or military regime . The study has come to some important results: -The ever growing role of legislative authority through all different, regimes democratic or military as well. -The legislative authority attracted the pleasure of all the -Sudanese during difficult times lt faced such as dissolution of the parliament which will assure outstanding position in every political regime passed in Sudan. The most important results that the legislative authority has achieved in accumulated experiences through times which has enable to face all the challenges and to create solutions to the different problems which will emerge later on .
