Abstract

المستخلص يهدف هذا البحث الى تسليط الضوء على أهمية ضبط ومارقبة حضور الطلاب بالمؤسسات التعليمي ة ة عام ة وأثر ذلك على مستوى التحصيل العلمي للطلاب وعلى المجتمع بصور. كما يوضح أ ر الطلاب و َ سُ أهمية دور أ ولياء الأمور في نجاح العملية التعليمية، وضرورة اشاركهم في مارقبة الطلاب ومتابعتهم، و البحث في تفعيل العلاقة بينهم وبين المؤسسات التعليمية لما في ذلك من فوائد عديدة تحسن مخرجات النظام التعليمي، ويسعى هذا البحث للاستفادة من التطور الهائل في مجال الاتصالات وتقانة المعلومات في بناء نظام الكتروني لضبط وحصر حضور الطلاب وذلك بت وفير الية س ريعة ودقيقة لحصر الحضور تساعد في دعم صنع القارر وتلبية متطلبات السرعة والدقة وتوفير وفي اي زمان ، للمعلومات في اوقاتها الصحيحة من خلال تقديم تقارير كاملة ومحدثة على الدوام ع القيود. ا ع من انو ومكان دون التقيد باي نو لقد تم الاعتماد على تقنية الباركود(الرمز الشريطي) كالية لتعريف وتمييز الطلاب من خلال الرقم الجامعي للطالب باعتباره قيمة فريدة لايمكن ان تتكرر في نفس الجامعة او المؤسسة التعليمية . ر ،فيتم ربط الباركود برقم الطالب واستخدام قارئ الباركود لحصر الحضو. وقد تم برمجة قارئ الباركود التي تتميز بصغر حجمها وتوافقها SQL compact وقواعد بيانات Visual Studio .Netباستخدام لغة M و PHP مع العديد من لغات البرمجة. كما تم استخدام لغة Web في بناء تطبيق الكتروني ( YSQLi )لانشاء وعرض تقارير الحضور وتحرير بيانات الطلاب والمقرارت الدارسية والكليات Base Application وتم ، والاساتذه وغيرها. كما تم ربط النظام بالموقع الاكتروني للجامعة لتسهيل الوصول اليه أيضا بناء واجهة دخول لأولياء الامور لمتابعة حضور ابناءهم خرى ُ ات والنشطة الاكاديمية الا للمحاضر من خلال الاجهزة الالكترونية المختلفة. وكذا تم انشاء واجهة دخول للاساتذة ومشرفي الفصول الدارسية والوحدات الادارية بصلاحيات متفاوتة.

Abstract This study aims to highlight the importance of regulation and control of the student’s attendance in educational institutions and their impact on educational attainment for students and society at large. It also explains the importance of the role of families and parents in the educational process, and seeks to the need for their involvement in monitoring and follow-up of students. As well as the need to activate the relation between them and the educational institutions in view of the many benefits that may result for improving the output of the education system. The study also takes the advantage of the tremendous development in telecommunications and information technology in the construction of an electronic system to control and track the students attendance, thus providing a mechanism for a Fast and accurate attendance Inventory that would provide a robust decision support mechanism and meet the requirements of speed, accuracy and timely availability of information through the provision of full reports updated constantly anytime, anywhere, without any restrictions. Barcode technology is employed as a mechanism for the recognition and identification of students through university ID as a unique value that cannot be repeated in the same university or educational institution. This is done by linking barcode to the student id, and then programming barcode reader using Visual Studio .Net language and SQL compact database which are characterized by its small size and compatibility with many programming languages for taking class attendance, Similarly PHP and MYSQLi are intended to be used in building an electronic (Web Base) Application to generate and display attendance reports and edit student data, as well as data pertaining to colleges, courses, teachers and others. Further the system shall be linked with the University website to facilitate the access process by building a “parents gate” that can be accessible using various electronic devices. The study also considers setting up a “gates” for the teaching staff, classroom coordinators, and university administration with various privileges.
