Abstract
This study attempts to investingate the Socio
affective factors , and their impact on , EFL learners
pronunciation.
To answer the question of the study , Three
hypotheses have been set. fifty teachers participated
in answering the questionnaires.
The data of the study has been obtained through a
questionnaire.
The data was then manipulated by the statistical
package for social science (SPSS) and then analyzed
and discussed in ample detail.
The study focues on the correlation between English
pronunciation achievement and Socio affective
factors.
The findings suggests that learner's formal class
room , fear of losing self - identity and belief of
language difficulties are the main sources of Socio
affective factors in EFL learners pronunciation Based
on the findings and implications of this study.
Learners and teachers can increase their awareness
of Socio affective factors in enhancing EFL learner
pronunciation. Accordingly , better ways of dealing
with Socio factors can be adapted , an enjoyable and
effective Language - learning environment can
therefore be developed.
