دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي وعلاقته بالفريق الطبي (دراسة حالة مستشفي السلاح الطبي بأمدرمان)

Abstract

المستخلص : تناولت الدراسة دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي وعلاقته بالفريق الطبي (دراسة حالة مستشفي السلاح الطبي بأمدرمان) . وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في حداثة دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي داخل المستشفيات بالسودان كما أن هنالك عدم وعي بأهمية الخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية ودور الاخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي ضمن فريق العمل والاعتراف به. هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى وجود علاقة مهنية بين الأخصائ الأجتماعي الطبي والأطباء والممرضين كفريق عمل داخل مستشفى السلاح الطبي. معرفة مدى فعالية الادوار التي يقوم بها الاخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي في المجال الطبي بالمستشفى. إبراز الادوار الفعلية التي يقدمها مكتب الخدمة الاجتماعية للمرضى واسرهم بمستشفى السلاح الطبي. التعرف علي وجهات نظر الاطباء والمرضى بمستشفى السلاح الطبي عن اهمية دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي ومدى فاعلية الخدمات المقدمة وتاثيراها علي العلاج . ابراز دور الأخصائي الأجتماعي الطبي في مساعدة المرضى واسرهم على مواجهة الصعوبات التي تعترضهم داخل مستشفى السلاح الطبي. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتوصلت لعدة نتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة مهنية بين الأخصائي الأجتماعى الطبي والفريق الطبي المعالج في تقديم المعلومات والتقارير التى تعين في تشخيص المسببات ولا توجد صعوبة في التعامل مع الفريق المعالج . للأخصائي الأجتماعى الطبي دور في المستشفيات لمساعدات المريض على التغلب على مصائب الدعم المعنوى والمادى مع أسرة المريض للمساهمة في توفير الدعم المعنوى والمادي كوسيط بين المريض وأسرته . هنالك صعوبات تواجه المرضى وتتطلب تدخل الأخصائي الأجتماعى الطبي . هنالك صعوبات تواجه أداء الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي لدوره داخل المستشفي. أثبتت الدراسة مدى معرفة الأطباء والممرضين بدور الأخصائي الأجتماعى الطبي .اوصت الدراسة بضرورة وجود سياسة عامة تشرع دور الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي داخل المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية وذلك عن طريق إنشاء أقسام خاصة للخدمة الإجتماعيةالطبية في المراكز والمستشفيات الطبية . استحداث إدارة خاصة في زارة الصحة لمتابعة عمل الأقسام الإجتماعية في المستشفيات والمرا كز الصحية . عمل دورا ت وورشات عمل )الفريق الطبي والمجتمع المحلي) توضح دور -الأخصائي الإجتماعي الطبي داخل المستشفيات والمرا كز الصحية . Abstract : This study dealt with the role of the social service and its relationship with the medical team (a case study of the Medical Weapon Hospital in Omdurman). The problem of the study was the modernity of the role of the medical social service within hospitals in Sudan, and there was a lack of awareness and recognition of the importance of medical social service and the role of the medical social service within the work team. The study aimed to identify the extent to which there is a professional relationship between the medical social service, doctors and nurses as a work team within the Alsilah Altibbi Hospital. Knowing the effectiveness of the roles played by the medical social service in the medical field in the hospital. Highlighting the actual roles provided by the Social Service Office to patients and their families at Alsilah Altibbi Hospital. Getting to know the viewpoints of doctors and patients at Alsilah Altibbi Hospital about the importance of the role of the medical social worker and the effectiveness of the services provided and their impact on treatment. Highlight the role of the social medical service in helping patients and their families to face the difficulties they face inside Alsilah Altibbi Hospital. The study followed the descriptive method and came up with several results, the most important are: There is a professional relationship between the social medical service and the treating medical team in providing information and reports that help in diagnosing the causes, and there is no difficulty in dealing with the treating team. The social medical service has a role in hospitals to assist the patient in overcoming the misfortunes of moral and material support with the patient’s family to contribute to providing moral and material support as a mediator between the patient and his family. There are difficulties faced by patients and require the intervention of a social medical service. There are difficulties facing the specialist in performing his role in the hospital. The study demonstrated the extent to which doctors and nurses knew the role of the medical social medical service. The study recommended the necessity of having a public policy that legitimizes the role of the medical social worker within hospitals and health centers by establishing special sections for medical social service in medical centers and hospitals. Creating a special department in the Ministry of Health to follow up the work of the social departments in hospitals and health centers. Conducting courses and workshops (the medical team and the local community) explaining the role of the medical social service within hospitals and health centers.
