التصور العقلي وعلاقته بدافعية الإنجاز لدى لاعبى كرة القدم بدورى الدرجة الأولي بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة التصور العقلي ودافعية الانجاز لدى لاعبى كرة القدم بدورى الدرجة الأولى ولاية الخرطوم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي وبلغ حجم العينة (90) لاعب، وتراوحت أعمارهم بين (18- 26 سنة). وتم اختيارها بالطريقة القصدية وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياس التصور العقلي ومقياس دافعية الانجاز. واستخدم الباحث أساليب متعدده من المعالجات الإحصائية وتمثلت في اختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة وواختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين. وتحليل التباين الأحادي. ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج يتسم كل من التصور العقلى ودافعية الإنجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم بدورى الدرجة الاولى بولاية الخرطوم بالإرتفاع. توجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية دالة إحصائياً بين التصور العقلي ودافعية الإنجاز لدى لاعبى كرة القدم بدوري الدرجة الأولى بولاية الخرطوم. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين التصور العقلى لدى لاعبى كرة القدم بدورى الدرجة الاولى بولاية الخرطوم تعزى لمتغير الخانة. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين دافعية الانجاز لدى لاعبى بدروى الدرجة الاولى بولاية الخرطوم تعزى لمتغير العمر والخبرة. وفي الختام قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات أهما عقد دورات تثقيفية للاعبي كرة القدم حول الإستخدام السليم للمهارات النفسية في جميع الدرجات والدرجة الأولي خاصة وقيام محاضرات نظريه حول الأعداد النفسي وعلم النفس الرياضي.عقد دورات تدريبية لمدربي كرة القدم في الإعداد النفسي والتدريب على المهارات النفسية.
