مفهوم الحاكمية عند سيد قطب وأثره على الجماعات الجهادية المعاصرة

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة مفهوم الحاكمية عند سيد قطب وأثره على الجماعات الجهادية المعاصرة، حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤلات الآتية: هل هذا الموضوع مستحدث وغريب عن الأصول الإسلامية، أم هو مصطلح أصيل وموضوع أصيل في الإسلام، ما هي ماهية الحاكمية في فكر سيد قطب؟، هل تأثرت الجماعات الجهادية الإسلامية بأفكار سيد قطب؟. هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الحاكمية وتبين حدود وأصول المصطلح ، إلي أن ظهر هذا المصطلح بدلالته السياسية في القرن العشرين في فكر أبو الأعلى المودودي، وسيد قطب والذي هو محور الدراسة وهي عبارة عن دراسة تحليلية لهذا المفهوم (الحاكمية) القصد منها معرفة أبعاد مفهوم الحاكمية، كما تضمنت الفرضيات الآتية: إن مفهوم الحاكمية في الإسلام بدلالته اللغوية والشرعية وسياقاته في الكتاب والسنة يعني تحكيم الوحي وضبط حياة الناس، إن مفهوم الحاكمية لدى سيد قطب معنى يشمل "حاكميه التشريع"ويمتدد إلى التكوين الأخلاقي والروابط التي تميز الجماعة المسلمة عن ساير الجماعات، ليس من الأمانة أن نحمل سيد قطب وأفكاره مسؤولية كل ما يجري الآن من قبل تلك الجماعات الجهادية التي تدعي الإسلام بل يجب تفسير أفكار سيد قطب في إطارها البيئي. كانت نتائج الدراسة تتمثل في: إن مصطلح الحاكمية مصطلح أصيل لغويا وقرآنيا، ليس من العدل بل من الظلم والإجحاف تحميل دعاة الحاكمية كامل المسؤولية عن إثارة الصراعات وتغذية مظاهر العنف والتطرف، هنالك إختلاف جذري بين مفهوم الحاكمية في النظام الإسلامي ومفهوم السيادة في الفكر الوضعي. وأوصت الدراسة بإجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول مفهوم الحاكمية لتوضيح دلالته، والإعلان من قبل الأنظمة الحاكمة إن الإسلام مصدراً أساسياً للحكم، مع إعطاء مساحة للتجديد في الفكر الإسلامي.

Abstract The study presented the concept of governance of Sayed Qutb and its impact on contemporary jihadist groups. Where the problem of the study represented in the following questions: Is this subject innovative and strange about Islamic foundations? Or is it, the term authentic, authentic theme in Islam ?, What is the governance in the thought of Sayed Qutb? Have Islamic Jihadist groups been influenced by Sayed Qutb's thoughts? The study aimed at shedding light on the concept of governance and the definition of the limits and origins of the term, until this term appeared in political meaning in the twentieth century in the thought of Abu Ala’la Al-Maududi, and Sayed Gutb, the subject of this study. It is an analytical study of this concept (governance) intended to know the dimensions of the concept of governance. And it includes the following hypotheses: It also included the following hypotheses: The concept of governance in Islam and its linguistic and legitimacy and its contexts in the Quran and Sunnah means the rule of revelation and control the lives of people. The concept of the governance of Sayed Qutb, meaning includes "governors of legislation" and extends to the moral composition and links that distinguish the Muslim community from other groups. It is not honest to put responsibility on Sayed Qutb and his ideas for all that is happening now by those jihadist groups that claim Islam, but the ideas of Sayed Qutb should be interpreted in their environmental context. The results of the study were as follows: The term "governance" is an authentic linguistic and Qur'anic term.. It is not fair, but injustice and injustice to make the advocates of the ruling hold the full responsibility for provoking conflicts and feeding manifestations of violence and extremism. There is a radical difference between the concept of governance in the Islamic system and the concept of sovereignty in positive thought. The study recommended further studies on the concept of governance to clarify its significance, and the announcement by the ruling regimes that Islam is an essential source of government, while giving room for renewal in Islamic thought.
